Only use the stuff from Amazon err Cotton Labo Organic Puff stuff, bought 1 bag two yrs ago and haven't even dented the packet yet Tried Muju - blerugh, couldn't get past the break in taste, tried Fibre Freaks, Cotton Bacon 1 & 2 and probably another 10 different makes, all put straight back in the bags as I can't get past the break in taste of them whereas the Puff pads have no break in. Have some Silica though and would like to try it for longevity reasons, only tried to re-wick a Protank with it and gave up, haven't tried since but you have reminded me so I will get it back out and try again

And I certainly wouldn't class Chefs as rip off merchants, just because someone has one bad experience, as you clearly have, doesn't mean that a company should be called a rip off merchant when so the majority receive outstanding service from them.

Your contract is with the vendor you bought it from, not the manufacturer and therefore you return it to the shop for a full refund or replacement (new) and they in turn have to return it at their expense. Simples and they are extremely norty thinking they will get away with anything other than that I'm afraid

CCW Digestive was the first biscuity one I bought and I like it too, not quite McVities but I mixed it with toffee and custard I think and it was good
