I heard this cover recently, and though it was excellent. Not many cover versions even do justice to the original, but this is one of the few that are maybe better that the first. I would say, The Simon and Garfunkel version is a favourite of mine, along with many others of theirs, but this has more balls. Not sure if that word is allowed, but I dunno how better to describe it. A bit like Eloise by Paul and Barry Ryan or The Damned. The cover being better 'cos it has more of what I said above. although that's real bad miming......  |

I love the glass syringes. Only problem is, I have broken lots of them. It may just be me, but I find them rather fragile. They generally get broke when I clean them. I have been careful after breaking the first one, but still they break. I'm going to switch to weight method soon. Which brings me to another point...., transferring a mix to a bottle, which requires a different thread.
Clear nail varnish is the way to go with plastic syringes though. The only problem with those is that the rubbers harden over time, but they are cheap, so if I don't find a solution to the weight method, I'll probably revert to them.

Subtanks don't leak. They just don't. Unless you have a cracked glass. The only way to get one to leak, is to wick it wrongly, or have duff OCC's. My wife/daughter/son-in-law/daughter-inlaw use these exclusively, and I rebuild them or do the general maintenance on them. They use them because they don't leak. I don't know what you may be doing wrong, but, they are the most leak free tanks i have ever seen. Not a dig at you, but check if you are wicking them right, or if you use OCCs, check where you get them. |
