Hi I've been using the Ego-C for quite some time now, and after dropping one on the floor and killing it I ordered a new one recently and my vape tastes awful, like it usually would if it hadn't been cleaned for ages and as if it's on empty (sort of burnt tasting)
I use rebuildable visions, 2.4ohm and always have done.
I haven't changed juice, and I've tried using totally different cartos on the battery and i get the same problem. I use these cartos on my other battery and the taste is fine.
Can someone please offer any advice? I'm not sure how/why it does this

Lots of replies! Sorry for not getting back sooner. My (now ex) OH has been using the batteries with LR Visions but they are 2.1 - 2.4 according to Vape Escape. I use the SR ones. He's left and taken the sticky button one, so i'm left with one working Riva and my SDK. He also took my spare Visions and this morning mine isn't letting me draw from it (too tight) >  > Macca yeah i think the one you fixed has gone again, i need to start buying different colours or marking them! That's so kind of you to say you'll have a look, I'd never expect you to give up your time again so i'll pay you or send you something for your time!  I will have a look at the ones recommended, too! But maybe now it'll be just me using them they'll stop breaking?! Strangely enough, none of them have broken while I've been using them (just saying  ) but i do know he was very careful not to over screw them too |

Yeah i've tried 3 click, 5 clicks, 10 clicks, any clicks!! But nothing! It doesn't flash when i put it on charge either. I wipe it out gently but i don't know how to clean it properly because i worry about knocking it out of place as i was warned about last time one broke. I have tried gently lifting the one that does light, with a pin but still nothing there either. Plus i can't see much if any juice getting on it with the stardusts, they're not messy like the cartomisers i used to have |

How long should i expect a 1100 Riva to last? I've got 3 that are now broken and i expected them to last longer I'm definitely not heavy handed with them and after maccafan kindly repaired 1 Riva + my SDK i've been careful not to overscrew them. I've got one from Liberty flights which is 5 weeks old, the button keeps coming on randomly when i'm not pressing it, with all the faffing i've lost the actual button now. And two from VE, both about 9/10 weeks old. One does nothing at all, button won't light up, nothing. The other lights up and doesn't fire up the carto at all (same problem as the one macca repaired) What am i doing wrong?! I use visions so i'm not unscrewing it constantly to refill like i was with the boges. |

It's possible that he has screwed them in too tight, i wouldn't rule anything out! But i'm not sure i know what you mean as i can't see what i'd need to ease up, is there a pic or video somewhere to explain to a noob like me?  Thanks for replying |

Hi all The OH managed to lose 2 Rivas and so we're down to one each now.  Just discovered his isn't working at all. The blue light comes on as normal but it's not doing anything, have tried different cartos and no luck. Any ideas why this is? It's only 1 month old |

Thank you Ooh an interesting selection there! How does the Dekang compare to this VE one?! I really dislike the VE one but love FV's. Although since it's full it wouldn't be a fair swap, i've got some 510 attys and carts that came with the Riva... Tigers blood sounds interesting too though. Hmm decisions |
