i love lush.....unfortunately cant have a bath at the moment, due to plaster and while in pain cant get into the shower.....sounds a bit minging doesnt it!!as soon as i can get in the shower with my lovely plastic sleeve over the plaster i will use my fave lush shower gel...flying fox...makes me feel fab everytime!!

Deffo Jemima, this has been going on since Dec 6th....as far as Im concerned yesterday...tumour removal day was my new years day!! Also, Im about to enter my 3rd week as a vaper and that is thanks to my health scare.
So onwards and upwards, I shall heal.get back to normal and carry on vaping!!

Well op went well and surgeon said when he went into bone there were no surprises so it would all seem to be fine, tumour will be tested so will know for definite in March but he told hubby it was what he had said originally, an enchondroma, so thats all good! Post op pain wasnt too bad but woke up at 130am in agony,tears and all, for about 10 hrs but pain is bearable now.He had to cut a window in the bone to get tumour out and then put bone graft in so I suppose it was bound to hurt!
Still vaping as well so all good! Thanks for all your good wishes!!

Thanks for all your good wishes, cant sleep!! Mind you have got to be up at 430 to get to hosp at 730...fairly specialist procedure so hospital is miles away!! I have a lovely surgeon though and hopefully some nice strong painkillers for afterwards!!Just been out of plaster for 3 weeks and will be back in for another 4/6 weeks but will all be worth it. Indirectly it introduced me to vaping!!

Thanks all... I know what you mean Chrissie, my doc knows what I am doing but Ive tried patches,gum,inhalators,lozenges everything and the only thing that has worked is the ecig and surely thats good for my health.Already after only 11 days bits are improving.Also I can breathe deeper and my sense of smell WOW do fags really smell that bad?????
Being sceptical there must be a financial reason why ecigs arent part of smoking cessation on NHS.

Thanks Chrissie, Im so pleased to be going into op as a non smoker with better BP!! I will be honest I kept thinking surely there must be some carbon monoxide in the vapour but how wrong was I and never more happy to be so!!Wish I had discovered vaping sooner but better late than never!!

Hello all, I am still very much having a love affair with vaping!! Day 11 and I popped into docs today, my carbon monoxide reading is now zero, my bp has dropped and I have lost a lb...not a lot but I normally put on a ton of weight when I stop the fags!! Also I am having the benign tumour in my bone removed tomorrow,it was the fear of God I had regarding this problem that got me onto this wonderful vaping!!  I am so enjoying not smoking analogues and I NEVER EVER thought I would be saying that!! Thanks to all on this forum for helping me discover this new way of life!! |

Like Wayne I have got the ego 501 with the 1100mah batteries from Freedom vape and cannot recommend it enough!!A week off ciggies tomoz and Im smiling!!I was talking to my son yesterday and he had just smoked a fag and I thought he smelt foul....my sense of smell is returning,...and I have converted my friend too.Im happy,happy,happy!!

Tourmaline, you will love it!! Im a newbie and have 2 small titans but have now ordered the Riva, cant wait to get it!!Vaping has all the plus points of smoking but none of the negatives.....I love it!!With the juices, tastes so much better too!!
