Thank you all so much for your welcome..it means a lot. Im using a riva which was all the rage when I started last year....what is the rage now..something simple and powerful would be good with a long battery life...i look forward to your recommendations! Also Im a bit of a menthol freak, at the moment am using arctic cherry from vape escape, any other suggestions??

Hi all, I was here early 2012 when I started vaping and did fine for 2 months without any ciggies until I was diagnosed with bone cancer when it all went very wrong.I had the tumour removed and am now in remission, next check up in Feb.
I need to stop smoking now as it looks like my poor old Mum has terminal lung cancer...we will find out for definite Jan 8th, there is a delay in her appointment due to Xmas and New year,I am so so worried about her, also I found out last year that my father who I hadnt seen since I was 3 died from lung cancer so I really need to do this.It will also make my Mum very happy if I stop.
I was going to stop New Years day but decided there was no point in dithering so Have started my vaping today....I loved being a part of this community before and am looking forward to being part of it again.

Hi all, havent been on here for a while but just had to say 6 weeks today since I had an anaologue............yay!!
Me and my Riva and my cherry pipe flavour are absolute best friends!!
Wish me luck as I have my follow up appt on Mar 7th and will find out for defo what the tumour in my wrist was.

dave i am practising the grape line as we speak!!
just woken up...i do feel very dopey or should that be even dopier than usual!! i suppose its combination of very strong painkillers and getting over general.still managing to vape tho!!

me too perpetua.........im just so happy with everything............there have been a lot of highs and lows in my life in the last couple of months!!follow up appt on march 7th when consultant will confirm 100% not malignant but he was as sure as he could be after op and tumours are his speciality. also it was all this that started me vaping so in a roundabout way its transformed my life in the best way........funny how things work out...probably partly painkillers...very strong, and remains of general but im deliriously happy...loving it!!xxx

chrissie, i have just managed to have a shower, felt a bit light headed but with my trendy plastic sleeve plaster stayed dry!! have made it downstairs and have just watched an episode of mrs browns boys....as i knew i was going into hospital i sky plussed loads of stuff! hubby has left tops of coffee and sugar off and filled kettle so i can have a drink and he will pop home at lunchtime. i am enjoying being pampered......and enjoying vaping away...who needs analogues!!

well 2 weeks today and as far as the ciggies are concerned i feel fab!! sitting in bed with my brekkie in bed hubby has made me,vaping with my menthol juice with my tumourless arm,life is so so good i could cry with happiness....i love vaping and just adore this forum and the people on it!!xxx

hi jo.......yes you do seem to have upset her!she has deffo got a thing about ecigs hasnt she!!!well i think they literally save lives, i have smoked for 35 yrs and cannot believe how easy i have found it.
she is a sweet lady but i dont know what her problem is or maybe she just thinks ecigs and those who use them are the spawn of satan!!!
