Thank you all. Not a good year I'm afraid, as my little sister died from complications caused by cancer (lung) today, and we knew Saturday that she only had days left. Basically, she'd had pneumonia, then she was put on Tarceva, which it turned out she was allergic to, and which caused the combination chemo to also damage her lungs. She was peaceful and not in pain at the end, so I'm thankful for small mercies.
Nevertheless, I appreciate the kind words and thoughts, so again, thank you.

Had a few days of excellent vaping from this, then last night, after a refill, it started gurgling, spitting etc and because unusable gouting out mouthfuls of warm juice. No change in coil, all parts on tight, it seems it just decided to go a bit mad. Still trying to find resolutions to this, but if anyone has any info it would be great if you could post it

washburn2102 Got a Cubis and a Delta 2 (think you'll like the RBA though just using with the pre-built coil and cotton) and slightly soft, very smooth for mouth hits with a thick and creamy Shape of the Vape, good VP for the 1.14 Ohms and good flavour - if slightly 'muted' - which is fine for me and DIY M+P's Praze. The Cubis is pretty - aesthetically pleasing - with the 'hidden' AF contol, and optional Pyrex DT. Filling (give or taking the almost invisible max fill mark) is easy, and with a long snouted bottle (or legendary Spiky Thing ) you don't have to fully remove the entire 'working parts) to do so. Trying the 1.5 O Clapton Coil head - and a good M-L option - Joyetech reckon that many newbie vapers M-L so that's who they were initially aiming it at. An RBA head is in the final prototype phase too, so should be available very soon. Looking good on the Cuboid - but so does the Delta 2 - all in Black Good info there, especially about the Cubis RBA. I can also report that the Clapton stock coil is not very thirsty at all, and I'm still on the tank I filled yesterday, even though I've used it quite heavily. I'd also say it looks pretty on every mod I have, even the istick 50w lol

I do MTL and DTL depending on which tank I'm using, and pretty much how I feel on a given day.
I mean, if I'm having a few drinks, it's pretty much subtank all the way, some nice clouds seem to be a more satisfying to me with a drink (yeah, I know I'm odd haha ) or the delta II for evenings without clouds on the 1.2 ohm stock coils (haven't got the RBA deck for it yet though)
Out and about vape was the nautilus, and the Cubis will also fill this niche.
The bung for extra tanks sounds like a great idea as well.
I'm going to wait til this coil craps out, then try the 0.5, although I think this might be a thirsty one at the recommended settings.

Hi, Nice review. Sounds like a good buy. Been using it for about 3.5 hours now, and the flavour is getting better, presumably as the coil "beds in". Superior flavour to a subtank, and also better than the Delta II and Nautilus. Really enjoying this vape, and surprised by the amount of flavour from a custard at low wattage.

Finally got this from the "dodgy" vendor, so I've been having a play with it as follows.
Very simple tank, with a cup rather than a traditional style tank, which means no o-rings, seals or anything else at the bottom.
The coil fits onto the bottom of the chimney, and air flow control is via a ring that sits over the air holes.
It holds a good amount of liquid, but the "max" line isn't very clear, so I'll be marking it again myself.
The coil screws onto the bottom of the chimney, which you fit after priming, and as you screw the fitted sections down the bottom of the coil makes contact with the top of the 510.
Mine came with 3 stock coils - a 0.5, 1 and 1.5 clapton.
I soaked the coil/cotton on the clapton option, then to be on the safe side, put the W down to 8 watts, then built it up in half watt increments to 10.5 as per the "conditioning" needed on some other Joyetech coils.
It's really for those who prefer mouth to lung (which I do), but I'm really interested in trying the 0.5 ohm coil at some point to see how it compares to a subtank.
I'm not a big cloud chaser, so I chose the stock clapton coil because it was the highest rated ohm-wise, and the lowest recommended wattage out of the 3.
The draw is tight (again, how I like it) but not too tight with the airflow opened right up.
Flavour is excellent, and quite a lot of vapour is there for the settings. You won't cloud up a room, but there's plenty there.
All in all, a very good tank, and works very well, does everything Joyetech says it will and gives excellent flavour.

Thanks guys - I've been vaping on the snake oil for about 6 months after it expired lol
No side effects that I know of, so a bit of a relief to be honest

I've just noticed that my bottle of snake oil has an expiration date.
Now, I had no idea juices had to be used within a certain time limit. I store them pretty well, in a wooden box that is either closed or in a shady spot.
I guess my question is why the expiration date, and what happens if you vape the juice after it has "expired".

The company takes your order then passes it on to another company to fulfill it - usually a company in China ahh, thanks - hadn't heard the term before. Makes sense

Still not recived it so far but im still holding out hope that it may arrive I should have checked here before ordering it appears. Never mind, I paid through paypal and have already started the process of getting my money back. It wasn't a big order, only 32 quid (only!) but it's the principle that counts.

I also use the 1.2 coil at between 15w and 18w (depending on juice), and get no spitting.
I have 2 subtank mini's, 1 I've never had a problem with and another that leaked like a sieve, especially when using the RBA deck. I took the RBA deck out of it and used the OCC coils, but also gave it a good clean and changed the bottom O ring, which solved the leak problem.
Mostly though it sounds like you might be vaping at too low a wattage.

I wouldn't worry as these trackers rely on the courier scanning in the parcel at each and every stage, and often this doesn't happen. It's probably waiting for a suitable aeroplane, slow boat, camel train, donkey cart at the moment. I find that sometimes the parcel even though delivered to my home is still showing in the tracker as in transit, often not showing as being in the UK. Which company is it being delivered with. ahh, so these are standard issues when buying from abroad All good then. At least I've broken my "order from abroad" cherry if nothing else Singapore Post is the courier apparently.

I'd suggest the istick 30watt but I'd go with the ICLEAR 30s tank. Very good and one still in my vape rotation. IMHO more flavour than the very good mini nautilus and again just IMO a better vape. Good luck and welcome Good shout on the iclear 30s. A really good starter tank, easy to use, easy to fill, decent coils that are easy to replace. I gave one away with a full pack of coils to a new vaper a couple of weeks back, and she loves it, finding it preferable to either the nautilus mini or the protank.
