Ohh poop yahoo have picked it up too uk.lifestyle.yahoo.com/electronic-cigarettes-harmful-damage-lungs-dangerous-e.htmlGot to say its nothing new I read about the airway resistance back 7 or 8 months ago through info provided on this site , it misses out the rest of the study which says how much better vaping is for you than smoking and that the effect is only temporary (or is another study that just completely forgot to look at the positives altogether ) . As quoted even ASH concludes that vaping is better than smoking.

I think I am the queen of chopping and changing I have a carto for every flavour and I normally have about 15-20 flavours at a time I use a carto till its dry then put it ironically in an ashtray until just before bed when I'll top up all the used carto's from that day ready for the next day . Part of the joy of vaping for me is the variety of flavours the thought of having an "All Day Vape" makes me shudder, although most of my juices have some sort of citrus in their ingredients .

not seen a lot of wasps here in bonny Scotland, but a lot of bity things about my legs are covered in bites so much in fact they are now starting on my forearms wee buggers .......................
On a different note but still crawly related I have seen an unusual amount of daddy long legs this year, and recently read on facebook (so no idea if its true ) , that they are poisonous but are too stupid to bite you, actually maybe they worked it out could be why I'm covered in bites lol!

Through vaping I've cut down from 25 fags a day to 4/5 , a couple of years ago the dentist referred me to hygeneist, who said I had early signs of gum disease but I was young enough to reverse it. I was on quarterly appointments until February this year, which was 3 months after starting vaping but I was still smoking about 10 a day when she said come back in 6 months as I really hated going to see her I didn't question it , when I went back in August after smoking 4-5 a day for at least 5 of the 6 months the hygeneist was seriously impressed with how improved my orally health is. This is despite me getting a bit lazier with the tepe brushes over the last six months. I had just seen on my dental records that the Dentist had me down as a non-smoker so I didn't tell her why my gums had improved but I know and I really need to work on cutting out those last 4 or 5 and not just for my oral health

HAHA! GJ although I have taken up running as well as vaping , the running is more unbelievable in my mind than the vaping I really don't understand it all but I think the two are connected!
Well done as well marvellous achievement!

Ahh what a shame you've had to do this Chrissie, I've deleted my own posts in the past mainly when I've put something in the classifieds, and no-ones taken me up on it so I've had a rethink a few hours later ,shame the few have made it impossible for the many to change their minds .................. Like Kuro I hope the modify button stays I like changing my posts when the syntax/grammar isn't quite right or when I pure and simple forget to include something IMPORTANT!

I would think Jason's amazing service would be enough without freebies never mind being Cheeky enough to complain about them. Some people honestly although freebies are always gratefully received Dt's pens whatever I'm not fussy

I'm not 100% sure but wouldn't these contain alcohol www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/pcw-essentials-screen-wipes-pack-of-200-06797497-pdt.html?intcmpid=display~RR~General%20supplies~06797497Or the pound shop as said above or next time tell the lady its cos your cats ill and you need to make sure your surfaces are sanitised Really strange response though as I am sure if even if she didn't have exactly what you wanted I am sure there are literally hundreds of things she could have sold you a substitute, nail varnish remover, glasses cleaner, hand sanitizer emm perfume if you want to blow your budget entirely , very odd though I know the type of Boots staff you mean , but the ones in my local one are lovely they tell me they like my new hair colour and my Mum asks me if I know the staff when she comes with me cos I just chat away to them , I do spend a LOT of money there tho ...............................

The amount of times I've went to Tesco, got my shopping had it put through at checkout then realised I've put my purse in a different bag is actually unbelievable , but its a bit different when its petrol and you can't apologise and put it back on the shelves. However I was under the impression that it was 72 hours you had to pay the money back not 24 but that could be an urban myth anyway but like others have said though they do keep a record of the plate numbers and if the guy knowingly went into the petrol station without enough cash he would have just drove off wouldn't he ? Sounds like he got a bit of a rough time for an honest mistake if you ask me.

Jayjay
I really don't want to start a Scottish/English thing here but there are a lot of reasons why Murray could be anti- English when its England playing rather than UK first of all the fact that the media refer to him as British when he is playing well but as soon as he loses he's Scottish so it must be very personal for him . Also referring back to the media several BBC sports commentators have today referred to Team GB members as English or the England team its not its the British team. If people would get it right in then there wouldn't be so much bad feeling about such like and possibly us Scots would be more supportive of England in competitions when we don't qualify football, cricket etc
