Vaping..Health & Wealth

Come Sunday the 26th of August I will have been vaping for three months.. ..Not such a big deal some might say, but for me that's the longest time I have gone without a nasty for 42 years..

On my last quit attempt I used patches and although they helped to get me stopped smoking by the third month I would have taken your hand off for a ciggy.. > Not only did I fail.. I also put on 3 stones in weight. I then went on to gain another stone along with all the aches and pains of carrying the extra load.

I was getting more and more breathless between smoking and weight gain and coughing my lungs up all day long it seemed like a real downward spiral. I used to walk for miles over the hills where I was brought up but by now I was stuggling to walk to the local shop..

Then I found the E-Cig... WOW!... and this forum..BREAKTHROUGH!

Last night I set out for a walk with my Black Lab "Drummer" and ended up climbing the Lomond hill which is only the highest point in Fife all 1713 ft of it. It lashed with rain all the way up, I was wearing wellies, waterproof overtrousers and a big coat that weighed a ton when soaked through... as we reached the summit the sun broke through the black clouds and a huge rainbow appeared in the sky.. What a fantastic feeling and a fantastic view. I had climbed the Lomond Hill many times as a youngster but this time was a real achievement.. I never thought I'd ever again stand there and look out over my childhood romping ground.. but there I was.. with my pal Drum.. feeling absolutely ecstatic..

In the three months since I started vaping.. I've lost 2 stone in weight and many of the aches and pains that went with it, I'm obviously much fitter than I was and the cough has gone.. Not only that but I would have spent £799.54 on ciggies. I have spent £184.79 on vaping which is a saving of £614.54...

Throw in all the fantastic friends I've met on aae-c .. ..and alls well with my world... even the sh##y bits...heeheehee.

Am I looking forward to Sunday 26th August my 3 month mark.. you better believe I am !...

Massive Congratulations, it is a great achievement and you should be pleased....

One thing I have to say though is that if you're £600 up 3 months into vaping, the ninjas haven't been doing their job properly

I can't really take tooooooo much praise for saving money through vaping v smoking... I haven't had any wages since 1st of June, been living on savings... So it's easy not being tempted by the ninja's and all the shiny things when your watching the pennies.. :-[

Watch this space when hubby get's work and all the Christmas orders start coming in for my pet portraits.. I'll be up there with the best spenders sooooooooon... I hope

Instead of clicking the BUY box, look higher and to the right. Theres a red cross. Click that instead!!! lol

If it wasnt for that red cross I would have a Lavatube, provari, countless other mods cartos/clearos & a few gallons of juice!! lol
