I've haven't had any of the 'overvaping symptoms' nothing compared to chain smoking symptoms  That's cos you keep forgetting to vape when distracted by shineys karma |

I wouldn't worry too much about overvaping if you start to feel nauseous, jittery or otherwise unwell stop for a bit maybe drink a bit water or a pint of the stuff then go back to it when you feel better. The tricky one is if you get a headache cos that could be down to too little nic /nasty chemicals , too much nic , the pg dehydrating you with that one you just have to kinda guess but don't worry in my experience the headaches don'tlast long and like anything with vaping you may not get them as we are all different.
I'VE also found recently that I don't vape as much as I did when I started so even if you are puffing like a dragon it won't be forever and if it helps you cut down on quit those nasty nasties then its all good really

I started vaping really just to see what it was like immediatly cut down then decided to cut down my fags until I reached zero nasty a day. Just before I started vaping I bought enough cigs to last me to mid January as I was in Europe for a few days this has been both my success and my downfall my success because beginning of April I still have 180 cigs left my downfall because if I didn't have them I suspect I would no longer be smoking really weird some days the smell of other peoples smoke makes me want to vomit but I'm clinging on to my 4/5 a day. That said cutting down has definitely improved my health and I have just taking up jogging which I would never have dreamed of doing before so hopefully the 180 fags I have left will be my last!

I did a swap for some peanut butter wasn't sure if I would love it or hate it but its amazing love love love this juice hopefully got a big size bottle coming tomorrow

The disposables would also be good if you were going away for a couple of days and didn't want faff of taking batteries juice etc. Jason's customers sure like a bargain there was loads of juice when I looked earlier now I've got time to shop there is only one lol

Oh wow Kev lucky you living abroad is the best move you can make specially if your family is out there! I repped for a while it was hard work for next to no money but living abroad was great! I recently had a clear out of old books if your very lucky I may have a Spanish text book in the boot of my car I will post but I have a feeling I may have already donated it to the charity shop  . Also been looking for the opportunity to thank you for your help and the deal on the LT the other week its great thanks ! |

Yeah saw some really tidy looking refurbs on pc worlds website for that price but couldn't see them in shop and just saw An ad curry's are having an easter sale I could be wrong but think they have same pc stock these days , makes me wonder why they still have two shops tho ?
