cats, garden, poo, now whos garden shall I catapult it too  I don't believe Cats poo , I have never seen my cat do it , the parents dog does quite frequently in the kitchen, Think I tempted fate by posting this I had the pleasure of cleaning up half digested mouse of the door step this morning ok it had come out the "other end" but still not pleasant . Karma re dog as part of the introducing the cat to the dog exercise we had to do last year when the stray decided to live with us we used to share treats with the pets, the cat treats gave the dog terrible diarrhea due to the amount of protein in them don't suppose your dog has any access to the cats food does she? Vet bills our wee doggy has an inoperable tumour in her bladder, so apart from pooing and peeing every where she has very expensive medication I was going to pay for it when I took the puss for her annual jags but it was over £90 so I left it for my parents to pick up the following day.... TBH the dog should be dead by now, but the meds seem to keep the pain away so until she is in so much pain that its cruel to keep her alive she will continue to cost my parents a fortune! It is a worry when they are on holiday though and she is sleeping but not snoring I have to keep waking her up to check she's still alive  |

Gary Welcome to this great forum ! I read on another forum a post from someone who said their Doc that if they smoked 20 fags a day they should start by vaping and taking 2 cigs out of a full pack every day for a week, the next week take 4, the next week they should take out 6 and so on until eventually they smoke zero. I was a 25 a day smoker and I don't like depriving myself so this seemed a good approach to it ! My only deviation on it was to try and smoke 2 less a day at the weekend than I plan to smoke during the following week , so for example although next week is my 12 week today I am on track to smoke 10 (which is 4 less than yesterday). This I find great motivation in my week cos if you've done it before you'll do it again . Since I took on this advice I have never smoked more than the "allocation" I have allowed myself but I have frequently smoked less. This is by no means a tried and tested theory as I am only half way there but whilst I still can't imagine a zero cig life I can also not imagine a 25 a day habit if next week I fail at my 12 a day habit I'll go back to my 14 a day habit and not beat myself up about it. From reading these forums you will find a lot of people who instantly give up cigs but if you ask you will find a lot of people who still smoke ( I did ask ). A lot of people say eventually cigs will taste disgusting and you won't smoke anymore so I am waiting on that day. .... Oh and I think at least one person misread my plan and thought I was down to two a day already I don't think I explained it properly and don't want credit where it not due yet  In any case cutting my cig intake in half has got to be beneficial and I am happy I have got there So as the ad's say handle it one cigarette at a time |

ecig wizard have hot cinnamon or DV have cinnamint (sweet cinnamon with hint of mint) both would change any weird flavours quite well i'd imagine and Ohh I have already been trying to decide if I am going to put in an order at ParadiseVape or E-cig wizard now I am even more undecided Wizard is so cheap but very little mention on these boards , Paradise is reasonable and scottish and has some very decent reviews on here mmm ponder ponder Sorry tinkerbella I have hijacked your post some what ! |

You'll need to add Menthol Crystals to your juice Kirsty, in your bottle of juice . . . Cinnamon, you'll also need to buy a flavouring to add to a mix.  Cinnamon Perpy , do I find this in the baking aisle at tesco? |

Just ate a chocolate orange bar ,then vaped some cocomel tastes AMAZING!
Might need to order a Chocolate Orange liquid cos I could get fat doing this all the time!

Ok so I want to ask what might be an obvious question how do you add menthol crystals to a carto or is this just for Tanks ? Also what is the cinnamon option?
