Tourmaline no worries about hijacking my thread its a starting point for discussion. All my juices taste great at moment including a tobacco one that I have taken Perpy's advice on and perked it up a bit with menhol better than I anticipated. Also waiting on some cinnamon arriving hopefully today so hopefully next time my taste buds go for a wander I'll be prepared. Good news is it only lasts a couple of days bad news my gums feel s bit funny but maybe I've just been reading this forum too much

I love most of my juices not having a problem there mostly fruity and sweetie tho , didn't like an american blend I had but now blending it with menthol and despite thinking I wouldn't like menthol its so good ordered some cherry menthol last night Got a new one tonight that I'm not sure about but tastebuds changing all the time so will give it another bash!

Bit jealous of your instantly giving up TBH , on the other hand cutting down gradually seems to be working for me and its the the finish line that counts not the race!!

I am far from a long termer but stuck to med strength juice for now, only have one high strength juice which is tabacco based and I didn't like it till I mixed it with menthol crystals actually you can have some of that if you'd prefer , going to put in a couple of high strength orders in the next few days to see if they help with the tobacco addiction ....Have you smoked today bet its a lot less than you used too and you haven't missed it ...

I am actually the same whufc , I think its cos I am not old enough to ever have been able to smoke on a plane so doesn't bother me , but when I am sat in wetherspoons in the departure lounge with my glass of wine I am like wtf why can't I have a fag with my glass lol!Not smoked in an airport since it became illegal, well only once when I was at newcastle and had a two hour drive back to edinburgh ahead of me with my granny who would kill me lol!

I know that either Ryanair or Easyjet sell e-cigs on their flights I flew to Paris in October with Ryanair and flew back with Easyjet can't remember which leg it was on !

Sorry this isn't much help but thought people might want to know about it!

You ever heard the one about weight watchers putting you on a diet with very little water in it so you lose weight very quickly stop going to classes , start eating normally put weight on as your body retains the water it needs to well live, so you start handing over your fiver a week to the weight watchers teacher again?

I am starting to think that the Pharmecutical companies work on the same basis just as weight watchers don't want you to actually lose weight the pharmacuetical companies don't acually want you to stop smoking they want you to stop long enough to use their products for a couple of months , you start smoking again when you stop using thier products a few months later your back at the chemist handing over your pennies for that disgusting gum ! At least with vaping your still giving your body the nicotine it "needs", whilst cutting down smoking with a view to stopping. I haven't stopped smoking yet but am now at half what I used too smoke, and am starting to be able to realisticaly imagine being able to stop smoking rather than it seeming an impossible task. I am also told realiably by a lot of the good people on here that sooner or later the nasties will taste disgusting to me and I will prefer the liquid, at the moment I still need the smokes but I definitely prefer the vaping. For now I am concentrating on cutting down hopefully the nasties will taste, well nasty but for now I am just so proud of myself of myself for the ones I'm not smoking and so should you be
