Thanks for this, Perpetua. Finding anything on Chefs is hit and miss at the best of times - I only found it because I remembered seeing it there!

Thanks for this Get Off My Cloud . at £8.77 delivered I could not resist - particulary like the firing mechanism - am assuming it's a clone of the one in the vid, it does not have the rounded edge, but otherwise it looks like a decent one (time will tell!)

Thanks, Perpetua , just looked and found its even cheaper at Chefs. I like the DV Saspirella so much I got three bottles in a sale at Chefs, I mix this at around 10%, might this work at similar % or is it one of their strong ones?

I like my absinthe mixes and currently use the Cupcake World Absynth, which is good and not too weak, but recently I've noticed that it tends to fade a little over time. I'm thinking of getting another, most of the main brands do one, so am spoilt for choice Does anyone have any recommendations for the best one to go for?

I still use my Protanks...& they do me... striker42 very kindly does me coils & i am content ...as am i ..but add aerotanks and I very kindly does me own coils along wiv Mini-Gun#1's and Mrs.G-J's... Do we also qualify as dino-vapers?? The way it's going, GunJack, anyone with a tank or mod more than a month old qualifies! When I see the amount of stuff that comes out I wonder who buys it all - then I realise it's often me.....

I wondered if anyone else has given themselves a pleasant surprise by reviving old gear? Often, but not either Lemo 1 or Protank 1. Neither are going in the zombie apocalypse box. Love it, want one!

I wondered if anyone else has given themselves a pleasant surprise by reviving old gear? Essentially, I've never stopped using mine beedee - it gets used alongside more current equipment. Although being completely honest, my remaining GG and Super T stuff, Spheroids haven't seen use in years . . . . . I just hang onto them as they give me pleasure to look at and fondly remember what vaping used to be like! I keep my Nautilus for the same reason, Perpetua . Don't have a Spheriod original but do have a nice clone, which I still use occasionally, great flavour!

A bit of epoxy resin, a wee square bottle and it's working very well beedee with the chinesium contacts. Nice one, striker42.

My Eleaf Lemo 2 has been sitting at the back of my atty stash doing nothing for a while (as it turns out since December 2015!). This was my favourite tank for quite a while, so I thought I'd give it another toot - I dry burned the coil - a 3mm 0.5ohm kanthal (which was fine), and rewicked it - great vape! It has adjustable airflow and a simple top fill mechanism that both work without any hitch, the deck is easy to build on and wick, the flavour and denseness of vapour is top class. For a single coil atty for MTL to restricted lung hits it's brilliant. Does make me realise how some of the new fangled stuff is a bit unnecessary (though I am the number one sucker for it...) I wondered if anyone else has given themselves a pleasant surprise by reviving old gear?

The other way it could go, striker42, is the 'Random China Quality Control' way - you'll get it and it will work straight out of the box like a dream, then I'll be hair pulling, swearing and throwing loose items...! Be interested to hear how it turns out!

I got the replacement firing pin assembly - this made it almost impossible to get the battery in - then I was too bloody annoyed with it to even look at it! I may have another bash at some point, but my preferred solution at the moment is a hammer, so best left alone for the moment... Ohhhhhhh yes ! The hammer is a well-known cure for a lot of troublesome gear. I had a Boxer clone lying in the box for a couple of months. My first attempt at modding it ended in disaster. So yesterday I took a couple of deep breaths, opened the box and had another go at it. This time successfully and it is now working perfectly. Nice one striker42. Am hoping I get a similar result with the Icarus when the temptation to destroy is less!

Not for me, either, striker42, though at that price it would have to be really exceptional for me to even consider....
