Must admit, striker42 , this was my only reservation about the Pulse, I think the reason for it is it makes it easy to get the battery out with the bottle still in place. If it's got a really soft bottle it may not be a problem, have to wait and see....

Doesn't seem to be a lot of love for this SEBox, so I thought i would tell you a little about its history. It was made by Daniele Casali of SEBox in Milan..Completed in December 2015. It was priced at 399 Euros. It was a limited edition run of ten for a shop that commissioned that run exclusively for their store. This was number one of the ten. Each mod was unique, no two the same. I contacted him to ask him about the mod...He said this:- "oh it's a special flush sebox, it is, more or less, one year old, it was made with an american hybrid block very very good and hard, I remember that I broke many blades and milling tools to make it. the blocks was provided to me from a reseller with I worked and that wanted a special series only for his shop, and it's the #001, I am thrilled to see it " Thought it might help to know the history of this SeBox Special Edition. These are the original images he sent me. Not a lack of love, taffevans , just a lack of cash! Thanks for the pics, lovely thing.

I watched that video yesterday. There is something that bothers me greatly about some of these squonk boxes coming out at the moment. I need to see more detailed reviews before parting with my cash. This is what seems to happen in pre-sale items, striker42, that's how I got caught by the awful Icarus, no photos of the internals or anything, so I will probably hold fire, too.

Hi all - more stuff to ruin the bank balance. This is a useful video on the new squonkers just due for release. Just to save you time - the bargain at Ecigone mentioned is sold out I am fancying the Pulse myself - obviously because I just don't have enough squonkers... Be interested to hear if anyone else is thinking of getting any of these.

If you do go for one, decoy, it's worth getting this one, as it comes with all the decks and all the different air flows, the $29 version here only has one deck. I am using the deck with the bottom wick feed with 50/50 juice, though I'm sure it would cope easily with higher VG.

This is a clone of the latest offering from the people who made the Squape RTAs. It comes with 3 decks and several different diameter airhole screws, and, if you love single coil and an adjustable MTL vape, in my opinion, it's fantastic. Flavour wise I think it is the best RTA I have ever had - producing rich, dense clouds, and once it is working, no leaking at all. It's as good or better flavour than an Ubertoot or a Spheroid - miles ahead of Kayfuns, and very nearly as good as the best flavour chasing drippers and squonkers. I love it to death but... The filling mechanism is pants - you have to access it by turning the black thing at the top until you feel resistance, then fully close it, then open it just a quarter turn to reveal a tiny little fill hole, which is really hard to even see as it is black on black. It will take a standard plastic drip bottle, just, but you won't be using any dropper bottles on this as you can't even fill it from below as an alternative. Also you cant see when it's full, so juice wells up out of the opposite hole if you don't get it just right. It could probably take the stated 4.5ml, but I don't think I've yet got it above 3.5 ml. To vape on it you first have to close it fully again, then open it up fully. I did this in the wrong order a couple of times when I first got it and it then juice just poured out of the bottom. This is such a shame - as I think everything else about it is brilliant. I'm puzzled, as there are now several great top filling designs that really work, I wonder why someone has put so much effort into designing something that anyone who has ever tried the other tiny fill hole attys could tell them won't work very well. In spite of this - I'd still recommend it, just wish designers would learn to learn from other designers mistakes! Has anyone else got one? Maybe there's a trick to making the filling process easier that I have not yet stumbled on!

Arrived today, nice one phtumshk I got a 5 wrap 3mm caterpillar Clapton in there no problem and had a go on the YFTK SVA. Am vaping @ 35 watt and it's really nice - as you say, no overflow on squonking, it looks great, the vape is very thick and tasty and the airflow has lots of options. The drip tip that came with it is short and life was getting a bit hot with that big Clapton, but any510 drip tip will fit on the short drip tip that comes with it, so I put another one on, and now it's perfect. a winner!

Must admit, I like sticking two fingers up to producers of expensive products by making something myself cheaper, and better, than they do. Also, I'm well into my second childhood and mixing is like playing the chemistry set I had as a kid. But this is capitalism, folks, the 'free' market (not very 'free' at all if you don't have much dosh and you are the one having to pay through the nose....) There are two ends of a spectrum in markets: - Plan to sell a lot of products with a small profit margin - risky because enough people have to buy them, and consistently buy them, to keep you out of bankruptcy, (or, if there is an awful lot of people who want to buy them, to keep you in yachts, rolls-royces and diamond encrusted slippers ...). - Plan to sell less with a larger margin - better for a start-up because you don't have to invest heavily in plant and staff, and you are not likely to get a mass market all at once anyway. Of course, then if you do get increasing sales - well - who is going to drop the price of things that are already flying off the shelves? This market is not yet at a stage of very high volume production, it's specialist and new, so there are a lot of start ups, encouraged in by the fact that it does not require massive investment to start producing enough to sell, so the high prices are bit inevitable Just glad I don't have to pay them

to squonking scotty069. This list Sqounkers will provide you with a rundown and review of most of the squonkers on the market. I have 9 of them - the only regulated that is smaller than the inbox is YFTK SVA. I love this, but not cheap at all, it's the excellent temp control chip you are paying for. However, if I were starting out, I'd get a Pico Squeeze from here and an Odis atty from here. That way you can try a really good squonker that is tiny for use as a carry around cheaply. The squeeze is half regulated in that it has an on/off switch and short, maximum wattage (which I think is 50w) and battery reversal protection, but you cant adjust wattage, voltage or temperature. If you have not got already get a safe battery (I get these ) and put a build in around 0.2 - 0.5 ohm (this ohm is my preference, others may differ!). Good luck with your search and enjoy!
