They're already banned, I checked it out a while ago, so perhaps best if we just keep quiet!!!  From the current table.... Density is really just a measurement of the mass of a known volume of something. e.g. water is generally taken to have a mass of 1g/ml. Oils/organic solvents tend to have relatively lower density so <1g/ml and solutions of sugars/salts slightly more than 1g/ml. There are some extremes, mercury being the most obvious one - think it's about 14g/ml. Anyway, most liquids have slightly different densities, but the differences are pretty small and the vast majority will be between 0.5 and 1.5g/ml Ethanol is another liquid with a big difference to water in terms of weight too... 0.79 grammes per ml I believe. I guess what I ultimately wanted to know was this, knowing the differences in weights for different liquids, is there really any advantage to weighing liquids as opposed to using good medical standard syringes? |

Barry, sorry if this is a daft question, but you are leaving it for long enough after checking the resistance before you try and vape, aren't you? As it has to be left for a few seconds, or it won't fire for you, but instead continues to display the resistance.

The mWh of an AA battery and 18650 battery with identical mAh are different, because they have a different nominal voltage. To calculate the mWh of a battery you use the following calculation, mAh x volts. So a 2000 mAh NIMH battery, with a nominal voltage of 1.25v has a capacity in mWh of 2500 mWh A 2000 mAh 18650 Battery, with a nominal voltage of 3.7v has a capacity in mWh of 7400 mWh Here's the interesting part. Running the 18650 at 3.7v, 3.7 Ohm, 1000mA, 3700mW both those figures, 2000mah, and 7400mWh still equate to the same thing, 2 hours of run time. However running the 18650 at 5v, 3.0 Ohm, 1666.6mA, 8333.3mW 2000mah equates to a run time of 1.2hours, however the more accurate mWh measurement would equate to a run time of roughly 0.88 hours. So you can see, running the battery at different voltages, resistances and currents, means that the mAh measurement becomes redundant, as it's meant to be a measurement for running the battery at the nominal voltage, which we do not do with our ecigs. So the mWh measurement, becomes a much more accurate measure. Alvo, the exhale ones look different from the group buy ones. The graduations are different - the exhale ones starts with 0.5 on bottom mark, the group buy started at 0.7 on second mark. The layout of box contents is reversed and looks like the cones connection contact is more flattenned rather than the more cone shape of the vapers world ones. Ahh yes, the markings are different, although mine from the group buy start with 0.4 ??? They're not vision though, and after that experience, I would only ever recommend vision. |

can't hurt - not got round to using sweetener yet - am still a mixing novice. Almond is the magic ingredient. Am sure the others can advise better but depends on the strength of your cherry flavour - mine is very strong Was going to say that, almond is the key taste to a cherry bakewell, well besides the cherry of course. Mixing almond and cherry could well be a great base to start from. This is one I'll be trying, having made cherry bakewell ice cream before. |

My plan is to make up an apple pie and vanilla custard mix mmmmmmmmmm  that is next on my list, may well do some VC & Banana with a touch of Dulce de Leche as well  Have spent a fair amount of time reading through sections in this forum before going ahead with plans to mix multiple flavours (having only done single flavours and menthol customs before) So I've ordered sweetener, and Dulce de leche, should the recipe call for it. Only thing I couldn't get that I intended to, was MTS vape wizard, as they were OOS. |
