I've just placed an order for 6 different flavours so if I get them quickly, I'll let you all know what I think

Thanks for the replies The ones I have problems with taste awful, even though there is plenty of liquid in them now. I think I must have let them get too dry then in an effort to rectify the problem, kept adding more liquid :-[ Hey ho, you learn by your mistakes I'm learning to tell when they need topping up before I get the awful burnt taste so I'll be more careful in future

Hi everyone, I wanted to let you know, I'm still vaping away happily and still off the dreaded weed I am so delighted at how easy I've found it to give them up completely and I have no intention of ever going back to them I do have yet another question though. I think I've probably ruined a few of my cartomisers because I haven't been topping up often enough or maybe topping up too much :-[ I'm going to try to clean them but I'm not too worried if that doesn't work because I see it as all part of the learning curve While I'm at work during the day, it's sometimes difficult to keep topping up every other time I use my e-cig so I tried topping up with a small amount of fluid from the bottom of the cartomisers, using the condom method and I've found this so much easier. My question is, would I damage my remaining cartomisers if I carried on doing this?

Thank you Bel, I'm really impressed with how I've taken to vaping and how easy it was to stop smoking real cigarettes. I hope I never smoke another but I'm taking it one day at a time. This forum is a great support unit for us "newbies" I don't know if I would have taken the plunge and bought my kit if it wasn't for all the help I got here

Thanks Chrissie I've got 5 cartos on the go because I couldn't wait to try all the different flavours They seem fine once I've topped them up but maybe I'm just used to the burnt taste now I'll keep topping them up every time I use them and see if they're ok and if not, I'll try giving them a clean

I've been changing my battery because I've noticed the flavour was lessening but maybe it was because I haven't been tooping up enough. I'm going to try what you are doing and see how it goes. I love my Riva too. I rang Jason before I placed my order on Friday and he was brilliant. I love the grizwalds liquids that I got from him so I'll certainly keep buying from him in the future

Ok, I'll hang fire and see if anyone can offer advice on what to do I think I read in your post that you got the Riva 110 kit from vape escape. How are you getting on with it?

Hi Alvo, Maybe I've ruined my cartos then? > Or maybe they can be cleaned to put them right? But in saying that, when I top up with the liquuid, they seem fine ??? I'll try a new one, do what you say and see how I get on. Thanks

Hi Chrissie,
At the moment, I'm topping up around 12 drops each time but not until I get the burning taste. Do you mean I need to add the 12 drops every time I've taken the equivalent puffs as I would on a normal cigarette?
Sorry if this question sounds really dumb ???

Hi everyone, I just thought I'd give an update on my progress. It's now around 32 hours since I had a normal cigarette. I'm hoping I will never touch another one again I already feel my breathing is much easier but my throat seems a little sore. I think this may be down to not being able to idientify when its time to top up my cartomiser. I don't think about it until I get that burning taste, then it;s too late :-[ Hopefully, I'll get the hang of things and be able to top it up before it gets to that stage. I've not been at work over the weekend so I've used it as and when I want/need it. Once I'm back at work tomorrow, I'll only use it every couple of hours, so maybe my sore throat will improve. Other than that, I seem to be coping pretty well with my Riva 1100 and I'm really pleased I followed everyones advice and got it. I'll certainly be using it for the foreseeable future and I'm already onto my hubby and our friends, trying to persude them to get one

No, we've paid for the clutch replacement but it had to go back the next day to re-align the steering wheel??? We never got it back because the young lad who tried to do that forgot to disengage the steering lock/immobiliser I do feel a bit sorry for the garage owner though. He was on holiday when it happened and the lads were scared to tell him until he got back. He's held up his hands and said he will pay for the repairs and throw in a free MOT but i'm still concerned it won't drive the way it used to

Yeah, big oops lol We had no car for almost 2 weeks but one of the guys has taken pity on us and loaned us one. Thankfully the garage are picking up the bill for the repairs but I'm worried it will never be the same
