calnorth if you haven't yet tried a strong menthol juice I would suggest trying one it seems to cleanse the pallet making other juices taste so much better (at least it does have that effect for me) and after smoking tabs for the best part of 30 years it reinvigorated my flavour sensations and now i use it between falvours or whenever anything starts to seam week or starts to tail off from over use as for the gear to use, get whatever suits your wallet, and if you can get to a B&M store to try out the gear available (some insist that you take your own drip tip for hygene reasons)

smarties you could try her battery on one of your rba decks just to see what it does, build it to the standard (I presume 1.8/2.2ohm coil) and dry burn it with standard A1 coils, if it pops the coil you know its her mod and then just have to give her one of your spare isticks (or similar) until you can get another mod for her (but after a few days of istick she wont want to go back )

smarties eBay's policy is zero e-cigs /shisha gear and paypal policy is similarly zero protection for e-cig/e-juice sales /purchases so you really do buy at your own risk with either of them, I use paypal for some things because I have no other option but I would prefer amazon payments since you get the same protection on a much broader range of gear and 100% refund policy on stuff not received /

get your own back, report every other listing Now there's an idea and then get yourself an amazon shop account and list all your gear for sale on it, just remember to include the words "nic free", "zero nic" or "no nic" in the title of the device (sounds stupid but it seems its their policy) then probably worthwhile bulk ordering a bunch of liquid off bluestar and selling your own line of 10ml nic free e-juice for extra profit

Had that thought as well nanotm she's tried new coils and ones that I have recoiled with cotton. try it in a different tank and see if it does the same thing, then try with a different mod, it could be her mod is on the way out and blasting the coils at full power causing the problem, it could be the tank is allowing air in and not allowing the juice to flow properly, either of which will necessitate changing her kit / get something with a digital display set it to the correct power output and lock it so all she has to do is charge and use / I had an evod style unit go bad and it nuked 2 tanks before I realised the battery was faulty

a duff pack of coils ?
I have experienced 15 duff coils in a row from different suppliers, I thought it might of been the juice after it poped 15 of them but then I got a new tank and chugged 2 bottles of the stuff down /

most food colourings have a side effect of changing flavourings but are not normally considered as a flavouring, just pop to the local shop buy a handful of supercook flavours off the shelf and taste them they all have flavours, most of them also contain things which aren't very good for you when inhaled /

the drip tip is also a big consideration, anything that narrows the airflow will give a tighter draw and there are some seriously tight airflow tips around that will turn even the most airy tank into a MTL unit if that's your preferred style

even the anti type posts are more "concern over contents" than totally against, a standpoint I fully understand which is why some regulation is required, not the nonsense the EU nightmare into existence but something sensible like taking and actual vape kit using it as intended and determining what happens in a lab when the juice is heated, and of course ensuring that "food grade" colourings like titanium dioxide or aluminium oxide are kept well away along with the various additives one company was using which combined together to give organophosphates as 2% of the e-juice...... knowing that whats in the juice has been tested (not every batch, just whenever the components list is changed or a supplier is changed) and a green certificate issued would help a lot more people feel "ok" about vaping and jump on the bandwagon.
what bothers me is that if I don't home brew I have no knowledge of whats going in there, its not like the bottles come with an ingredients list and I don't homebrew currently so I have zero "inherent safety" value in the products other than the anecdotal side that I am not suffering from yet another chest infection and my breathing has generally been less labourious since taking up vaping /

I've never agreed with the shops opening on Boxing Day, there's no need and it just isn't fair for the staff. Whatever was wrong with having January Sales? However, I was rather pleased that the local Homebase was open when faced with a broken toilet seat. I even got one half price OOh...I remember my wooden loo seat cracked...crikey, when yer 'tender' bits get caught is it as bad as when the plastic ones crack and cut your legs open ?

I would normally use isopropyl alcohol which is probably better but I'd run out. Both will dissolve any dried juice but meths will dissolve more things - possibly including varnish on the circuit board. edit Using meths let it dry at room temperature for a couple of hours before putting it somewhere hot like on a radiator or storage heater. and unless your a tramp make sure you open the windows to get rid of the foul smell and build up of flammable vapours in the room ...... that stuff does nasty things to your equilibrium and far worse to your inner organs ....
