calnorth you are correct ... It says no shipping to UK on the full site but if you access the mobile site on you phone there is no restriction ... I have just now went as far as PayPal payment with no problems. I'll do that in a min. FT have only 1 shipping option: Registered Airmail via Sweden Post +$7.58 (13 to 25 days in transit typical) Edit:And the daft thing is that as you go through the Cart page there is a drop down... and lists shipping to 240 odd countries which includes UK. Dumb or what?

on there now @yinyang Shipping Cost: Cannot ship to United+Kingdomwww.gearbest.com/batteries/pp_241350.html?wid=21Whether its supposed to be there or not...dunno? Edit:Just tried to order the 4 Batts and get Message Popup at Place Order point: "Please choose shipping method" Actually there was no shipping method(s) like FT..just an option to add insurance. So it goes no further than that..no order therefore.

Its working ok on many different things I ordered about 1hr back. Need to do batts next I come gearbest cheaper for batteries as can order in 4's, also don't forget quidco! ah yes...GB yesterday had "No Ship to UK" on the listing for Sammy Batts. eFun are on about a box that the batts have to be put into ($11 a pair). Think I worked out under current exchange (Paypal = $1.25/£1) that Sammy 25Rs are £4 each on the China/HK sites. Very close to UK prices Forgot Quidco....drat!

Must admit that I have never had a problem with my PayPal account in the 15 years I have had it. Just remember never click on a link in any email you receive ... Just log into your PayPal account to check out the authenticity of any PayPal email. Exactly.. and my experience is with a business for 10 years. Unfortunately, Paypal and eBay are periodically infested with numb nuts following numb nut policy. Just watch out for phishing emails because if you have purchased or sold on eBay your seller or buyer could have had their Outlook email .pst file copied. Same with paypal. That means you will be phished from anywhere...and thats apart from having your account hacked because your password is soft. Add into that insiders in both those companies. Its a real mess!

I thought FT were based in Shenzhen which is just across the border in Guangdong Province of mainland China From my experience 4 years back Bob producing in Shenzhen the favoured shipping route was across the HK/China border. One half of the China family I knew were in HK expediting all sorts of things. Avoidance of certain Regs it was...know what I mean?

All the time the Tobacco VI's have it the health of such nations (China) is of little significance. They can yap much about debate and all the rest of it but they (Govts) through their incessant greed are killers. Just wonder who takes up the slack if HK cease...India, Indonesia, M. East, Africa, S. America, Russia?

As the title. I have this last hour received spoof/phishing email regarding monthly billing. Its related to my blueyonder.co.uk account.
It looks like sh*t and is. The phisher is using this source address:
webteam.virgin.media.te16596xiwzcdnl16828@technitheatre.com
The @technitheatre.com part is a theatre type company in France who I have emailed. Told them to get it fixed and get the police in because somebody has hacked their server by the look of it. No good telling Virgin as they are completely useless on this stuff...and their freaking phone service.
Will update this as I learn more...but watch out you Virgin users. I suspect they may have a go at virginmedia.com addresses as well, if you have it.

All this says to me is that none of them (handwringers and their bag carriers) are going to stop the use of tobacco. And as with patches etc they are ensuring that an alternative solution (safer) is going to be as expensive...likely more so.
I challenge the poll/research figures anyway.
