You've made your own point invalid....... the more that switch to vaping ....... the more vapers there are.

What you have to look at is how many ex-smokers that have switched to vaping.............. then go on to be free of both and quit.

I've said before, I don't believe there's such a thing as an ex-smoker........ we're all just holding it at bay with vaping.

Same as alcoholics...... it's always there.

Easiest answer.....without knowing how much you've made...... is to make the same thing with the ratios reversed.

If it's a mix you're unsure of.....you can leave the nicotine until after the steep.......as nicotine itself doesn't need to steep.

Adding it earlier though speeds up and enhances any Maillard reaction that might occur (the 'browning')

I can't find any conclusive evidence that this adds any additional flavour.......but it definitely adds to the aesthetic to see a matured juice change colour.
