What a terrible shock, Jezz One good thing (or two, as you are a partnership) to come out of this is that you may both stop smoking before it's made you thoroughly unfit, you have time to recover completely.

Strokes are big news today - mini-strokes, that is. At least your partner was treated promptly, which apparently a lot of victims are not.

I do hope you get on well with your 901, and if it gets temperamental just come and tell us about it

Oh! and you can never have too many spares, in my unfortunate experience

thanks again everyone. Ive ordered 5 different flavour liquids from James 3 tobacco ones, 1 apple and 1 cinnamon all in 5ml . I cant imagine smoking apple or cinnamon but we shall see!

Hi Jezze,

Welcome to the forum. You'll get masses of help on here, from everybody. Nothing is too much trouble, and there's nearly always someone around.

I'm a relative newbie also, there were half a dozen of us who joined around the same time, so you'll see plenty of questions still cropping up!

I smoked 40-50 day of Richmond Kingsize. Whilst I haven't completely stopped I am down to around 3-5 a day, which is a miracle for me! As Scylla always says - count the ones you don't smoke as opposed to the ones you do!

I so hope your partner recovers soon. A lot of us on here have had or still have one health problem or another and again we chill out with each other and give lots of virtual hugs.

You won't go far wrong with the 901 - good choice - I still like the look of it & it vapes well.

Even if you get something else later on, you'll prob still use the 901 as well.

Some peeps don't use anything else.
