Lilac, I've just had a look at that link. Hard to tell from the photos but it looks to me like the model they are selling could be the Health e-cig - hence the very cheap price for the starter kit 1.

One thing i noticed is that altho they show the batts in different colours, there doesn't seem to be an option to choose the colour when you're putting it in your basket...only the amount..

Both lots of juices arrived today, btw, and i've only had 3 real cigs today

I think that the Health e-cig is a one-off that we've always avoided, I can't remember why now.

Lilac, Health e-cigarette was mainly sold through there own website, Deal extreme, Amazon & in the past via some eBay sellers. The standard starter kit was with just one battery - fine if you just wanted to use it occasionally. There have been quite a few not so positive write ups on it's performance about it on ECF To give it it's due, I think the aim of it was purely to get round the smoking ban & just use it in places where you couldn't smoke real cigs.

The interesting thing is though that it looks like Health e-cigs themselves are looking to sell a different (& even cheaper?) model?

A tip when buying new fangled Tecinoleeeeegy, buy stuff that is self programming ....
I love SONY - plug it in - push a button and away it goes, has a nice chat with everything else and all done and dusted without any stress

(((Keef)))) 2009 wasn't a good year for me either -lost 2 people I cared a lot about to cancer Also had other "BAMS" hitting me, so couldn't agree more with the year being a Doosy.

So hope that 2010 will be better for you.

I used to always love Sony but also thought Panasonic (maker of my new DECT phones) was supposed to be a good make?

Re "when buying new fangled Tecinoleeeeegy, buy stuff that is self programmin" my 8 year old Philips DECT cordless phones more or less self programmed themselves. There was no need to transfer/copy the phonebook to the other handset - it did it automatically. The destruction manual really was an instruction one & so easy to follow. So I thought that 8 years later a new phone would be even easier & more user friendly to set up - but I was so wrong.

Keef it does have some bells on - you can choose from several colour displays & wallpapers for example Those sort of options where so easy to set up But IMHO the destructions for the most most essential functions where not very clear.

LOL, I think I may be well safe of having a "bump" year But I do hope that 2010 brings happiness & peace to everyone

The trouble with new phones etc is that they can do so much more than one needs them to, and all the features and functions get in the way of what one needs.

Yikes!!! my battery was flashing, so i changed to my other one...it started flashing soon after, then i remembered i'd switched it off when i went to bed last night so it prob wasn't fully charged....

panic...then i remembered i'd another 2 batteries in the 2nd kit i originally bought for my dad...phew

have now ordered a passthrough for when im on the puter...
