I do think it's important to broadcast great customer service, so i'd like to mention both Imeo for his help with my battery probs with my GGTB, he sent me 2 replacement springs free of charge to solve the problem of chinese batteries being different sizes. And also Tim from Smokejuice, i recently bought a 510 fitting for my Mako, to save having to use an adapter to use 510 atties on it and my 14500's were slightly too short to work properly, altho they were fine with the 901 fitting it came with.... He sent me 2 new 14500 batteries that were the longest out of several he measured and several spacers just in case they still weren't long enough.

Couldn't agree more Lilac - it's great to hear news like this, we're really blessed I reckon with the vast majority of our ecig suppliers/manufacturer's . . . . . so many of them go the extra mile in terms of customer service. Have to add as well, that those earth magnets of Tim's are really handy little widgets.

I'm chuffed to bits Chrissie...when you have a problem and something doesn't work properly, it is a big deal to you, but might be seen as a nuisance to a busy supplier....
but when they take the time to help you out and especially when they send additional items at no cost to you, it ensures a happy return customer...well done guys...
especially Tim, i said the spacers would be great, but he sent 2 new batteries as well...

I think it's a great idea to give reviews on customer service. I would like to nominate The Vapour Store. In Ireland, I ordered two tornado type (Joye ego) mega atomisers and five cartridges for the atomiser last Thursday evening and received them Tuesday morning. Helen was extremely helpful and answered my queries straight away and I saved about £8 compared to Totally Wicked, so I think it's worth a mention.

Yes if you count that the discount and postage cancel each other out then the atomisers were 19E and the cartridges were 3E making 22E which is just over £19. The atomisers and cartridges were £27 on TW.
