Well, they're gonna lose a lot of customers over this, i got my first 901 from TW, mainly cos i liked the wee red devil (or joker, as they say it is)

but have not returned unless there's a sale on, on account of wanting value for money, now i won't even buy from there again, sale or not...

Hello All,

I'm the disappointed newbie that has been mentioned here by Chrissie and others. Not going to bang on about shoddy business practices and respect for customers as from what I've seen here, the post would be likely to get deleted or at least drowned by the biased fan-posters. Suffice to say, so far, TW has not impressed me.

However, I'd like to address a couple of points and defend a very helpful lady who has given me good advice and guidance on my first steps into the world of vaping.

Who cares? The sale was advertised with a specific end date. If it broke the bank, then again I'd point to shoddy business practice. Who, if they want to be successful, makes a sales promotion that may break the bank? Surely the pros and cons to the business must have been considered before launch? I'm a potential customer, the business considerations aren't my consideration or my concern.

If it was, he has blacklisted many other buyers due to them speaking out. Oh well, if he has blacklisted me at least it means I'll never be tempted by any of their offers.

Yes, it really is unbelievable on there how the fanboys stick up for TW.

The sales TW have had have been undeniably great, but what's wrong with people pointing out any errors they make.

It seems they are above criticism, and here's me thinking the customer is always right.

Wish we could persuade you to try either a 901 or 510. They aren't that much bigger than your super-mini & work in a very similar way - just perform better.
