I had a look their forum using the link posted earlier - I saw a thread where somebody was complaining about the taste/smell of their Titan fluid - I bought some of it recently and have to agree - it is horrible - have now ditched it.

Stan, I'm amazed that thread is still there.

Never tried the Titan fluid but got to say that most juices I've bought from TW have been OK - well apart from the mislabeled Hilton that was chocolate flavour & the lower mg bottle they sent me in an order cos they where out of stock of the one I ordered.

Although I'm going to find it hard to ever recommend TW again, I will do so if they have any good offers going. Plus even though I am annoyed with Jason's & Darth's replies (apart from anything else it showed they hadn't really read my posts), I don't want to upset the members that are happy about buying from them.

However, on the other hand, over time there have been so many things that I have seen that sadly add up to me being not happy with TW

As for being accused of self promoting, that really hurt! To begin with, the first seller I mentioned left right & centre was Pillbox (when he was selling on eBay) & then TW. I even got slaps for linking to Pillbox's eBay listings that I posted on many an eBay community board thread. Did I ever get a thank you from Jason - no! Could he ever be bothered to join either this forum or the old eBay group - no!

Often wonder how many hundreds if not thousands (we can get up to over 200 visitors to this forum everyday) of customers we have sent TW's way due to links to them?

Yes - I bought my first e-cig from him on ebay - about the time he set up ~TW - he still had the old website at that time.


I have just bought some more supplies from him - as he is much cheaper than Simon - who is the only other supplier I have used for the "hardware".

I will wait 24 hours for that to be despatched - and then go on the forum.

He was out of stock of a lot of the "super" stuff - so I wonder if it is going to be withdrawn?

I hope not - as I still rate it - and wouldn't want to have to replace all my kit. I think I've only ever had one atomiser break on me .......

Have now lost loads of them - but they don't break - I have some which must be a year or so old.

I agree with Fish that TW's hardware is good and will give an example with 6 x 510 atties that I have used:

Two from Cloud 9 lasted two days each.

Two from OK Smokey lasted two weeks each.

Two from TW have lasted me nine weeks each.

So from my point of view it makes sense to buy from them again only based on my own experience of course as I have seen differing reports.

I also bought my Tornados from them and they are as good now as day one.

So I am totally satisfied with their products.

I won't be buying anything from them for some time though as I have enough hardware to do me for at least a year.


I am not on their forum and have no desire to as I don't like vendor's forums, only independent ones like this one.

I have however got mixed feelings about Jason as a person and he has acted in a shameful way with Chrissie. >

You're in a very eloquent mood tonight Kenny, my cherie and I do agree completely with you.

I've only had good service and in the main have been extremely pleased with their products that I've purchased . . . although the 'management' attitude sucks in this instance, so much so that it's enough to prevent me from purchasing and recommending them again.
