Hi Peeps I have been using the skycig for a few weeks now, not had a cigarette since. One of the batteries stopped working, I asked the company for a replacement a few days ago as of today I have had no replacement, they tell me its passed the 30 day warranty, I informed them that I smoked all my cigarettes before I started using the kit, so not used for 30 days. I do not think much of their customer care service. So not wanting to use that company again......" I have just got a phone call from skycig.......they are going to replace the faulty battery foc" so I will have to wait till the earliest Tuesday like I said very poor service Good news after finding your All about ecigarettes site and I have to say its very helpful indeed I read a few of the newbie questions looked at the help that was offered so I ordered the riva 1100 kit yesterday, It came in the post first thing this morning, so now have battery charging, can't wait to try it out Thanks for the info on this site Regards Bicksy

Hello & welcome Bicksy As Sandra says, the batteries come with a factory charge, so you can use one straight away while giving the other one a full charge How are you doing filling your cartomisers & clearomiser with e-liquid? If you need any help, have a look at these videos - How to fill a cartomiser - Once filled, don't put the plastic bung back in, replace it with the drip tip you get with your kit. And how to fill the vision ego clearomiser - The drip tip that comes with the vision ego has a small screw thread, so make sure you screw it back into place rather than just push it in as you would with the type of drip tip you use with cartomisers

#welcome2# from me too I'm sure you'll love your new kit. Keep hold of the skycigs though, it's always useful to have a back up did you order liquid too?

Hi Bicksy Good to see another newbie, exactly the same situation for me. Ordered my riva yesterday and it came this morning. What are your thoughts? I love it, cannot believe the difference between the Riva and my E-lites. I am currently on Apple Tabac and am impressed. Did you go for any e liquids? Good luck with it mate.

Hi All thanks for the welcome I ordered the escape riva it came with 5 cartomisers and 1 vision ego standard resistance clearomisisers, I only ordered 1 bottle of gold and silver as I have a bottle of menthol and gold pack, I like both. Problem I have charged batts and I can't get them to work, I have tried both no joy I guess I must be doing something wrong. The kit looks good if only I can get it working lol I will look at a few vids, in the meam time skycig ready to go Regards Bicksy

Have you clicked the button 3 times in a row to switch the battery on? Also, you need to hold the button down when taking a draw.
