Hi all.Ive just been looking on TW site.Ive often seen these mega atomisers in standard and LR.I know you need the mega carts to use with them.Just wandering if anyone has ever used them and if they lived up to expectations?Says they will hold 2.5ml of juice and if thats the case they may be good as refills will be few and far between. Also,do they fit on any device with a 510 connection or only Tornado,Riva.E-go??One of the few things ive never tried so any advice would be greatly appreciated.Im trying to decide whether to give em a whirl or not.

I've ordered a boatload from the TW sale, all LR's.
I started with the standard Mega atty from the TECC sale to try, and really liked them.
The LR's are a bit cheaper, and seem to be just as good, though I've only been using it 3-4 days so far. It gives a big throat hit, plenty of vapour and flavour too.
I have used them with carts/filler, and with empty carts direct dripping. Both methods work fine, just a matter of personal preference...so you don't have to buy the padded carts - if you think you'll be happy with dripping, they come with an empty cart.
For the filled carts, they do take a lot of juice, didn't measure it but a guess would be about 30 odd drops liquid.
They fit all tornado sizes, and my Riva accepts them too.

Just another question.Would these attys also go on other devices apart from Riva.I quite like using GD box mod also and SD MKII with 510 adapter.Doesnt really matter but im always switching devices.Guess im just crazy for not sticking with one.I dont like to neglect any of my e-cigs.

Kenny, as regards juice intake on these atties, I drip 4 drops instead of the usual 2 when direct dripping, these atties are big, mega even , so i guess they may use up more juice than the usual atties do. But it's a trade off worth having as they give a much better vape. For using them on other device Ian, they don't fit onto my silver bullet (wish they did), as the connection is covered by about a cm. Maybe its possible to use some sort of adapter, though I've not tried any as I've got none! I'm finding with the LR's, the mellower flavours are getting a bit lost (RY4, fruity stuff), but for tobaccos they're spot on. And just trying a bit of coffee, Cafe Brasiliano, and that is perfection too on these.

I also started using this when TECC had their sale and have found them really good. I've stopped dripping and tend to refill the carts which do take a lot of juice but last a fair amount of time, don't seem to be using any more generally. Haven't tried the LR ones have stuck to standard. Last week ordered some from a site in Ireland, quite competitive prices, much cheaper than TW, then TW put on their sale and ordered some more from there, so well stocked up now. I find them much better than the smaller version and wouldn't want to go back.

Do the carts that come with the mega atties fit tightly? The last lot of Eastmall atties I got (901 standards) had very loose carts, that's why I bought the soldering iron (which isn't working again, btw, it only came to life briefly in No1Ex's hands ???), for burning a ridge on them to make them fit, to save faffing with old Clipper lighters and bits of metal. Are you following me? scylla

So far I've not had any problems with the carts that come with these, so I guess the fit is fine, certainly can't recall any becoming loose. I have since bought a driptip for them from Ivapour elixir. It's the EGO XL round tip, and it's pretty good, though a little odd looking. But it's comfortable and has a decent sized hole to drip into... Whoa, that sounds a bit risque now I've read it back

Bucko, thanks mate.I looked at the very same drip tip and was gonna order some. Now you have said they are good with a decent size hole to drip i will order some.Think i might go back to dripping while at home.Only reason i stopped was coz of having to keep removing drip tip,as the holes never seem wide enough to get the drips accurately onto atty bridge.
