Well, sold all of my mega atties, they were a great vape, but made me queasy and fidgety, really strange. Thought it was maybe juice strength, but when I cut it down, same result. Soon as i stopped using the Mega atties, I was fine. Must of been the length of draw, these need 8 seconds plus to get a good vape, and this must have disagreed with me. They also drained the batteries really quickly, last weekend got thru 2 Tornado's so had to get an early taxi home - that's never happened before, not good. Happy to see the back of them tbh, looking forward to more 901LR's and 510LR cartos

Good decision Bucko.I found exactly the same as you mate.7-8 second draw needed.Inconsistent life and just a general pain with batterys draining in a very short time.My mind is refreshed why i stopped buying from TW now,i dont rate the products or the aftersale suuport, which is non existant.I must admit that since ive been using the Eastmall gear,i am a much happier vaper once again.

Pleased to hear that Ian, I really rate EM supplies and with Selina fronting CS so far I can only speak highly of them.
Although I've to say that my experience of the Mega LR atties has until now been pretty positive, but I don't tend to take one large inhale with my ecigs, more like a few little ones as I do love a bit of vapour . . . . however I am finding that they tend to cane the batteries and after a couple of hours need recharging.

It would be utterly brilliant, Lilac But I think I've solved it. I've just realised I've strayed into mega atties with mega cartos, so will repost in the correct thread. scylla x

Oh well thats the end of my last mega atty.A hiss then a pop, then dead. What a waste of time and money.I certainly wont be in any hurry to try the stupid things ever again.Life span of these attys is so very inconsistent.Next yo yo sale, count me out.

You say that, Ian, but if you're anything like me (heaven forbid!) you won't be able to resist My mega cartos were a big disappointment too, I think they were old - but how can a mega carto be old when it's not long been invented? Don't bother answering that, anyone - this is a mega atty thread that I've wandered off topic on ... AGAIN! scylla

Don't want to rub it in Ian, but I've only had one Mega atty demise in 4 weeks and I'm using them quite heavily - which will tempt the fates of course.

Don't cry, Ian - I'm a bit of a Jonah, too (Actually, "Jonah" is the wrong term here but I can't think of the word I want.) scylla

Ok Scylla, now you have totally lost me lol, what is this Jonah term???Tis a new one on me. And i shed no tears regarding these mega attys,i just know that i will never bother using TW again for attys. My elephant memory never will forget these totally useless pieces of crap. I mean,Eastmall are getting it spot on so why cant the likes of Joytech produce decent attys??My custom has now shifted to Eastmall via perpy who i cant thank enough. xx

If you say someone is a 'Jonah' it means they put a hex on things Ian . . . although Scylla meant that in the most affectionate terms I'd hasten to add Ian. Believe me, I have many a Jonah moment, normally computer related. "Jonah in sailors' superstition A long-established expression among sailors uses the term "a Jonah" as meaning a person (either a sailor or a passenger) whose presence on board brings bad luck and endangers the ship.[17] Later on, this meaning was extended to "a Jonah" referring to "a person who carries a jinx, one who will bring bad luck to any enterprise."[18] An example of a so-called "Jonah" would be that of the sailor in Samuel Taylor Coleridge's The Rime of the Ancient Mariner, who was supposedly cursed to be lost at sea after he killed an albatross."

Thank you Perpy - it really was a stronger term than I needed, still can't think of a better one. Hang on, it's in that definition, a "jinx" Ian, we have both been educated here - this is a great forum, innit?! scylla x
