i have looked at the 510 riva, wish i`d chosen that one now. My pack came with 2 atomisers, but one isnt working correctly already despite following instructions on how to clean it etc

Also am looking forward to Jame`s return so i can get my supply of peach back !!!

The riva is a good kit, it's what I started with. You have done great thought with the Titan. The attys don't really clean up, once they go wrong they tend to stay like that.

Tracey, your Titan is a typical starter for newbies and it seems to suit you, only needing 2 batteries a day But it won't last for ever, therefore you could start reading and thinking about how you would like to progress - there's so much to choose from, and some recent models are very exciting if you decide you can accept something that doesn't resemble a cigarette at all

If you have a dud atty you could tell the supplier - often they will replace it for you if you've only just tried to use it.

Stands up and bows and announces I have been vaping for two weeks and no fagalogues.

It is worth advising your supplier of the problem and asking them to replace the defective item.

In my case 1 Battery went crazy after 4 days and wanted to light up the world and I emailed the supplier and requested a replacement. A couple of days later an atty went to atty heaven so I requested a replacement for that too, suggesting that the OTT battery probably did for it. Got replies within a couple of hours and replacements on next postal run.

Hi, going to have another go at stopping smoking and starting vaping. Did really well last year and can't even remember why i went back to real cigs. This time i have upgraded to a manual titan 501, just waiting for it to arrive. Still need the slim cig effect but no doubt that will change with time. Love the forum there is so much great info on here. My new e cig should be here on Friday if not before, so here's to quitting smoking and starting vaping.

I guessed from you mentioning the Moneysaving forum it was you V. Can't thank you enough for posting the link. I was reading a forum last year and it was no where near as friendly. I can't even remember if i joined it as i felt a bit stupid being a total newbie. Funny how some forums can be great and some aren't. It's the same with kindle forums but that's another story.

Thought it was about time I joined up and said hello after lurking here for a week or so. Have signed up on a couple of other vaping forums too but this is the first one I've introduced myself on! Think it's cos everyone seems so friendly here compared to others I've been lurking around!! (Mentioning no names!)

I've been vaping on a Riva 901 since January and although I'm loving it I still can't seem to get off the filthy analogs, find myself smoking a few a day whether I want to or not! (Hubby is still smoking BTW, so there are always cigs in the house) Sounds daft, but I'm not even enjoying them, they taste disgusting and I'm putting them out after a few drags. I have no idea why I'm even bothering
I'd be really grateful if anyone has any suggestions on kicking them completely?

Sorry, Dizi, but I don't have any suggestions to help you ditch the 'orrible weed entirely I was bunged up to the hilt in tar and smoke when I started vaping after 50+ years of heavy smoking, so in my first 6 vaping days I had to take myself in hand and force myself to cut down to nothing (we didn't have Rivas then tho).

I didn't have anyone smoking around me, I'd have found it even more difficult if I had. What a shame that hubby hasn't caught the e-cig bug from you

Just keep counting all those cigs you're not smoking, and keep popping in to chat about anything under the sun, and maybe our companionship will give you that extra oomph

Anyway, it's lovely to have you as a member and I'm sure we're all flattered that you've chosen to join us.
