Seen so many people lurking & it would be lovely if they came & said hello. Please don't ever hesitate asking questions, no matter how daft they may sound. We are all here to help you. You can also join in the fun & chat in the forum

I second what Chrissie has said. I personally am so amazed and grateful to have been rescued from tobacco slavery that I would hate anyone not to have the help and support they need to get started. scylla

I am thinking about starting a "UK j0ker thread", just for chatting, about any thing at any time. It would be patterned after the "Where's j0ker" thread on the ECF, which currently has over 27,900 posts.
Input please? Questions? Good idea or bad idea ?

I think it's a great idea Jerry What do others think? Lol doubt it would ever get up to anywhere near 27,900 posts though

Chrissie, that is small compared to the "Response on Threads" Snail thread. That one has over 86,900 posts since last January.
I think that having a centralized chat thread here would be good. It has worked out very well on the ECF. However, I would prefer to wait for input from the members, before I start one.

Only my own thoughts here Jerry . . . hope I don't offend . . . but it doesn't work for me, it could be confusing for people who are nattering about something imparticular, then having to go back through subsequent posts to see if anyone has responded to that particular topic.
Plus it could make people feel like they can only post stuff on that thread, rather than starting threads of their own.

Please Miss, I've got a daft question.
Watched the suggested video about the Tornado and how to use the liquid to refill, but why do you have to wash out the wick thingy, does it not work properly if you just keep putting more liquid on?

Jam - the filling gets clogged and sticky - and reduces (or stops) the vaping. You can just swish the filling under a tap, then press it to dry it between tissue or kitchen roll. Then refill the cart with it. After a few uses/washes, it needs discarding and you cut a fresh piece. Hope that all makes sense.
I have about 10 carts on the go, and tend to do a 'weekly-wash' (or throw-away and start again.)

Ah, right, thank you.
I thought that as they 'dry out' of the liquid it would sort of evaporate so wondered why the need to wash it.
Glad it doesn't need ironing as well.

hi Jambutty it all depends what flavors you are vaping some of the more dark juices can clog up quite rapidly but the lighter juices are not half as bad .... for an example a heave liquid i would class a chocolate coffee and do on a lighter one would be lemon or a light tobacco

Jammy, I mainly use James' L&B & hardly ever wash out the filling. As James says, a lot depends on which juice you are vaping & of course you may want to wash it just to get rid of a particularly strong flavour before using a different one.
