What device do you use day in day out?
I'm wondering this as I started of with the Riva 510 kit, now there is nothing wrong with this, it's great, but it has hardly been used since I got the GDPT and the GD box mod. Also I have a SDMKII and eGo usb kit. I mostly use the box mod, I think it is a great bit of kit, yes it is just a box lol but it works and works brilliantly. Cost £14.99 I would of paid £15 hehe, nope I would have paid a fair bit more really.
So that's prob made no sense as it's late and I am tired but can't sleep, but, what do you use?

It makes sense to me Lisa. I'm the night watchman here, since I live on the east coast of the U.S. lol.
I use three different batteries, A Joye eGo, with a cartridge, a Joye 510, also with a cartridge and a Joye 510 XL with a cartomizer. I usually use the eGo and the 510 when I am home and the 510 XL when I go out.

I've to confess to flitting between using, a GGTS, GGTB, Silver Bullet, Garry Dibley PT, MKII SD, Lttle Gem Sidewinder, DSE905 . . . although my vape of the moment is the Tornado Mega set up.
Garry Dibley is set to launch a 5v box mod, which I could be tempted to try as well Lisa.

My first mod was a GD torch mod Lisa, i loved it, but broke it at work I switch between my Mako midi & GGTB, regular 901 atty on the mako & LR901 on the GGTB.... do occasionally use the Tornado, mostly while at work, altho i have been taking one of the mods with me instead, lately.

I spend nearly all day attached to my GD-PT with a standard 901 atty. Otherwise I use SD MkI with LR901 atty. I do veer off into cartomisers when I've got decent ones. Just got a Liberro Amo which I'm reserving judgement on (That's a hint.) scylla

TW Tornado,s with either LR or normal 510 atties and cart. All I need really and have no desire to change as its totally reliable and a charge will last me at least a day. My sexy black Tornado gives me a better vape and more satisfaction than I ever had with a cigarette.

TW Tornados here too, but I am learning to love my GGTB. Always take my Tornado to work tho', because it slips into a pocket nicely and I can sneak a little vape in the sluice! Brass GGTB is a little too heavy for a trouser pocket...

I will have to check on this to be certain, but I believe the Tornado is a version of the eGo.

I think you're right Jerry, aren't the Riva, Halo, Slym Jim & Leo of a similar ilk as well?

I believe so, Perpy. I can't guarantee that the threading is the same, but the eGo style has become very popular and I know that there are other versions of it.

Well, ecigs have certainly come on a long way since the days of the humble DSE901, which got me through the first 2months of vaping . . . the choice thesedays must be very baffling to someone starting out.

Jerry & Perpy, TW's Tornado is a re-branded eGo.

So what are all the other similar ones Chris? I sort of have this picture in my head of a few huge factories in China, churning out all these look alike models just with different names!

Perp, I think Halo is similar too. You are probably not far off the mark, about the factories in China.
