Just to add, you will need the juice straight away as the cartomisers that come with the kit wont have any e-liquid in them. It's best to fill them for the first time via the "condom method" -

For juice if you're a rolly smoker I'd recommend Old Smokey's double flavour Old Holborn. If you roll a different tobacco you could try their version of that, but check the reviews first - if you don't find any, don't buy it.

It's a good idea to get more than one strength. I was a pretty heavy smoker but 18mg was enough for me. I'd bought 18mg & 38 mg, then had to buy 0mg to cut the strong one.

I like the Mirage sample pack too, but none of the tobacco flavours tried so far taste nearly as good to me. The spearmint, on the other hand, was ace.

Good advice giles! Maybe I'm just getting alittle neurotic about strength..

Having had a mooch about I was surprised to see Amber Leaf juice, seeing as I have smoked alot of this in the past it might be a good choice. Might get a small bottle and give it a try.
