I know a few people who would want some of that. I have thought about buying some and trying Frogsters method myself. But felt myself getting a bit curious in a "I wonder what it is like to smoke?" which is a bit of a worry ! If you do buy from another site ever to make a mix and sell, Havana is the one I want to try. I found it somewhere but have lost it now. I bought the Burley and also the Fire Dried as this looked like the twist that miners chewed .I have not tried to steep that yet but will do over the weekend. Both tobaccos I understand to be the filling in cigars .Watch this space

My friend has just messaged to say how lovely the 2nd batch of concentrate is that I made . . . seriously, it's the closest I've come to that real ciggy taste, but nicer somehow.

Makes sense to me Dave, I love just smelling it, let alone vaping with the stuff. We'd never have discovered this magical potion had it not been for Frog.

I'll pop a bottle of concentrate in the post to you Goofy, then you can mix it to your specifications. I use it neat almost, lubberly it is. I'll go do that right now.

Currently vaping walnut and honey tobacco concentrate and it's very close to some pipe tobaccos I've had. Dave

All packed ready to post to you in the morning Goofy, truly I can't believe how authentic this tastes, especially on the exhale . . . but without that horrible aftertaste a real ciggy has. You'll have to let us know what you think of it.

I'm going to do another concentrate over the weekend as I want to try something different, instead of buying muslin I bought 4 muslin bags with drawstrings as I'm going to put the leaves through the coffee grinder and the bags should keep it all together, but have no empty bottles to put concentrate in but do have empty jam jars they should be alright I assume. Sounds like a plan with the muslin bags Dave, like a bouquet garni sort of thing . . . must admit I only roughly cut my leaves up, as I don't have any choppy up things and sharp knives aren't really a good idea for me, given my accident prone tendencies. Jam jars should be fine, how many gallons are you making. If you want smaller plastic bottles, Boots/Superdrug etc, stock those plastic travel bottles that would do the job.

A search of the internet into the subject of extracting nicotine from tobacco leaf/cigarettes/cigars or pipe tobacco will show you that the extraction of nicotine is similar to the extraction methods discussed here for taste.
One thing that bothers me about using actual tobacco, be that leaf or shop bought tobacco, is that in making an extract for the taste, you will also be extracting the nicotine content of that tobacco.
Then, adding the extract to your e-juice will add to the MG level of your e-juice.
As we ourselves have no way of measuring just what the level of the nicotine is in our e-juice other than what is printed on the bottle, nor can we measure what the nicotine level of our tobacco extract is, I think I would be very wary of adding anything to my juices that may take me into the realms of an unkown nicotine level.
