had an email last week telling me my order had been cancelled? Replied to the email asking when they would refund me and seemingly was completely ignored. Still no refund in my paypal account 6 days later

Keep an eye on the time frame Gary and file a PayPal dispute if you don't get your refund.

Hopefully you will, without having to resort to that.

Agrees with Perpy, you have up to 45 days to file a dispute with Paypal.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. Everytime Ive ordered from EBN theyve been prompt and helpful with any enquiries >

All I can suggest is try emailing Ernst again.

Your paypal address is definately the same as your shipping address? People have had issues with some vendors before because of it.

Definately the same address, ive just dropped them an e mail asking the reason for the cancellation so ill see what happens there
