The high nic gives me constant bad nights, but i'd rather have that than head to the cigs again.I tried to cut down but i went nuts lol. I remember one nightmare was so bad when i woke up i basically grappled my OH sleeping at the side of me....no,not good. Hope the lower nic works for you.

Going to order some lower nic when James returns, in the meantime, I'll buy some vg and hopefully some decent flavouring.
Where's the best place to buy flavouring from & what's the best make?

I used to get nightmares when using the nicotine patches...really vivid ones, it is a common side effect of patches, so i guess too much nicotine could have the same effect... i think Lisa has a good calculator thingy on her website for diy mixing, Hissie... Scylla...everyone dreams, it happens during REM(rapid eye movement) periods of sleep.....a fairly deep sleep level, so if you have sleeping probs, you might not get as much of it as you should....whether you remember the dreams or not depends on when you wake up....i think it's something like if you wake up within 10 mins of a period of REM, you remember the dream vividly, within 30 mins and you remember bits of it, but any longer than that and you have only vague, or none at all memories of it...

Yes, Perpy - I think I never have the full quota of a "night's" sleep so I wake up at various stages. Oh well

Are Flavour Arts any stronger than the DV flavourings or the Cloud9 flavours Ian ?

Hi Ckc.To be honest, ive not tried cloud 9s flavourings.Ive only tried LFs and TWs flavour concentrates.I would like to try many different companys for my flavours, what do you use???All in all,i have been happy with the flavour arts, nicer juice when tailor made yourself.

I have only used Decadent Vapours and Cloud9. The packaging of them is extremely similar, well the flavours i purchased were and both are very good.I started off with Loranns, like i guess a lot did as there wasn't much about. After having DV and Cloud9 i wouldn't recommend Loranns.I found the DV Very Vanilla wasn't strong enough but the Custard is lovely ! I haven't got loads of flavours just ones that i find i'll go too occasionally.

I wasn't impressed with Lorann, either. Except that the smell out of the bottle of the Chocolate/Hazelnut was to die for scylla

4 drops to 5ml That sounds good, Ian. I really must look again at FlavourArt if only I can get my act together I've been meaning to order for y-e-a-r-s! Thanks for the feedback. scylla

I was amazed Scylla. Most other flavours you seem to need 2 drops per ml,but this is a strong flavour, that doesnt need over done.It is very enjoyable indeed. Its a very balanced baccy flavour.Mixed with Eastmalls 36mg PG unflavoured, its going to be my new favourite, long term vape.Wish i had tried it sooner.
