How dry should they get? I mean I can get the tank down to about 2.5ml before it needs topping up. How much (if you fill up to just below the grommet) does the tank hold? Sorry for all the dumb questions. Was hoping to get it lower but no....not even with the bicarb trick

The funky taste went with the bicarb ...

Also I was on holiday and I had no bicarb (the wick was collapsing after 5 days) so like I used a fizzy vit c tablet

Just to say that bicarb works wonders

Anyone with the funky taste of a vivi nova should try it ....

I tend to do two wicks at a time and leave them in the vivi nova bag and sorted...with kanthal as well I'm so like sorted now..

I have a VH genesis but not touched (not even tried it) since getting my vivi nova fixed

I boiled the wick for 20 minutes using filtered water (de-chlorinated and de-ionised) before drying it out thoroughly.

I then wound my coil using the previously posted YouTube clip (earlier in this thread) as a guide and I could not believe the difference in flavour in my Nova!

why are you using cotton ?
did you coil it tot tight so no wicking action ?

Am I right in thinking that by using a dual coil, you are more likely to use more juice. Got through a bucket load the other day, great vape though.
I am now back to vaping a single coil because of short supplies but for some reason the nova has gone all frothy like a bad head on a pint. Any idea why this is happening.

And last but not least

Does anyone know the lottery numbers for this Saturday so I can buy more supplies.

I read somewhere about something not very cool about the tiny silicon strands getting into your lungs, although I may be barking up the wrong tree, plus I reckon the flavours are better with cotton.

Yes, you do use more, you dont get owt for nowt lol, plus your batteries dont last as long. It is a good vape though. No idea about the frothin, you sure you are suckin and not blowin? lolol

been looking at them duel coil heads and i recon next week when im board im going to take one of the spare ce4 heads i have and cut a slot with dremal then make it a duel coil
nothing ells to do might as well
