What postie delivered today

Hi All.
I`m in 7th heaven. Postie delivered my first mod: Ego Mod V2, along in same package 18650 2200mah battery and Kanger T3.
Set up Ego mod with a dct with my favourite juice "mint choc chips". set mod at unrestricted mode, WOW!!!!! clouds of vapour, fantastic flavour and good throat hit, can`t wait to try my other juices, some of which I thought were rubbish. Kanger T3 can wait for another day.
But wait the postie had another package, it was my new VH- Genisis (Diddy copy). Now got to view "Todds` video of how to set it up>
Very anxious now regarding s/s wick rolling along with oxidization of wick, will have to use `gas cooker hob`, don`t have Bunsen burner "YET"!!!!!
Wife will moan, that I can use hob to set a wick but cannot use it to cook her a meal.
Making a coil is going to be a challenge,as I have never attempted this before. How many coils ? what gauge wire?,all new to me. Will be testing set up using ego 900 battery at half charged strength. (saw it on a video somewhere), don`t want to mess up my new mod.
Think I`ll leave this set up till the week-end, so any suggestions will be greatly received.
Will have to order more juice soon, can`t stop vaping on the new mod I`ve set up.
Now I am beginning to realise how so many people enjoy vaping.

My hands were trembling a bit when I made my first SS wick too (almost exactly 6 days ago!) and although I'm miles away from perfecting it, it's not as scary as it first seemed. Definitely quite a bit of trial and error required to start with and unless you have the means of mesuring the resistance of your coil on a well protected device I would aim for higher resistance - more wraps - to get a feel for it. May the more experienced correct me if need be.

Gas hob seems to do the trick fine for me so far - no intention of buying any other oxidisation tool!

Good tip more coils for higher resistance less chance to damage battery.

Not scared but that doesn't mean good - even my current coil which I thought was stable has just started developing a hotspot... ???
