You beat me to it with the cache we got spam pm'd by one of there employees. (there words not mine) All over now They have had a bad week ref Clares Quote (representing) g4s from F-book Its been a fun week down at the shop.

We had a guy come down to the shop asking strange questions and refusing to leave our shop for 1.5 hours, we neally rang the police.

The last few days have been terrible but entertaining, we have had trading standards on us, visiting the shop for a whole hour, there was not happy with the warnings on the bottles, but this is fixed now, just wanting more information, and we have already fixed this, meeting there requirements.

We have also had a forum domain owner Admin Chrissie from AAEC ban us on her website, accusing us of bribing members, which is a lie, slandering our name on forums.

Somebody tried jumping in the delivery guys van to see where our factory was located on the boxes I'm not naming names. I will say this was a another E-cig Company.

We have had threats off other suppliers with private messages saying we are to cheap. Its getting like the war of the tobacco companies its can get sickening at times, I could get them back for the things these companies have tried to do to us but best way we can hurt them is keep undercutting them. Well meeting trading standards requirement, there can go where the sun does not shine.

Only just caught up on this thread , the whole irony for me is that they or a friend or supporter "tried" to have a pop at aaec on another forum only to be ripped apart .

It seems to me, there is a right and wrong way to do things, all they had to do was say "I am really sorry, we didn't read your vendor rules and did not mean to cause offence!" end of story.......but to come on to a forum, break the rules that are clearly set out, then get assy when you get caught is just really pathetic, do they think if legal action is won on their behalf (which is not even a possibility!), members of AAEC will then buy from them? what are they fighting for? really silly........and Chrissie I am sure you could do without it and I support you 100% too

What a complete and utter load of bollocks. Firstly if they'd already sought legal advice, they'd know that what they are actually wrongly accusing Chrissie of is libel and not slander, by definition. Secondly, I am assuming that Chrissie banned them for unsolicited promotional PMs, or spam, as it's better known, and not for "bribery" as they are trying to claim in public. Chances are that Chrissie has a record of this, and so anyone making any accusations otherwise could possibly be guilty of libel themselves. Not only that, but anyone sending unsolicited messages for the purposes of advertising a product, service or business should be very careful, as there are laws out there protecting people from such spam, and I'm unsure of the details of those laws.

Chrissie I have screenshots of some of the accusations made against you if you do ever need them, but to be honest, I highly doubt you will, I believe this is just a scare/smear campaign, with no backbone what so ever.

I know one thing, I for one will never, ever, purchase anything off this company, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I should think most people are thinking the same. So as usual, when a company tries to take on a consumer run organisation, there can only be one loser in the end.

Thanks Chrissie and the rest of the admin team for being quick on the draw, keeping the trash out, and making this forum such a great place to hang out.
