The included tips aren't good Lee - I found that my drip tips fitted all ok, so I'm using one of them with the carto's.
Although I have to say that the Map Tank with the clearo innards fitted gives a better vape for me anyway.

Ok I'll add drip tips to my list. I just have to figure out a way of hiding some money from 'she who must be obeyed!'

None of my drip-tips fit the XL clearo, which is narrower than the "standard" > I have to use the rubbery tip that comes in the package and I don't find it too bad at all, just a bit small in't gob If you can point me to drip-tips that fit the XL, Perpy, I'd be very grateful scylla x

I have got some drip tips from James and it fits the clearos perfectly.
The first time you are putting on a drip tip take your time and do it very slowly (else the tube might crack) Once you got it in the first time than it slides it in easily the next time

I have no problem whatsoever with the standard size clearos, but the XLs seem to have a much narrower plastic tube Perpy, you mention "Wiz's cartos" - I don't have a prob with cartos, only XL clearos. BTW, I just killed one on my GD-PT, I thought I could get away with the 2.* ohm but obviously 3.* is crucial And the next XL clearo I tried, the juice went in one end and straight out of the other - no, I did not overflow it, it was hardly half full when I noticed and it was the first filling > That's the second duff one, I thought it was my fault the first time. scylla

The revision 5s have slightly fatter tubes so you have to remove the rubber ring from your drip tip and slightly sand it down to fit in them. Scyl funny you say that as my wife tried her first clearo the other day and I filled the first one for her and when it came to her turn to fill it she complained all the juice kept coming out of the bottom but it turned out she had been trying to fill it through the ceramic coil hole instead of the two tiny holes in the rubber bung Women eh ?

I was using the XL version itself. But I need to add that I did not add the drip tip immediately I use the given rubber one for one tank full (I guess the heat produced while vaping expands the tube mouth a little) Enough for a proper drip tip.
And I did not have to sand down the rubber side. It goes down the tube with a proper click

This thread has taken a distinctly misogynistic turn - I may have to throw my weight about > No I was not filling down the centre, Camper - HONEST! scylla

Sham it may have been revision 4 you used as rev 4 is ok to use with a standard drip tip The revision 5 however is to tight for a standard drip tip so you need to sand it down to fit. Scyl I blame it on user error clearos are impossible to mess up

My first batch of rev 4 didn't have the silicone ring but the rev 5 did. It's just another thing for you to loose and get mixed up with though eh Scyl lol
