ecigs how to hold them and store them

should you hold the ecig up to the ceiling or pointed slightly downwards.
im guessing its best to point slightly down,less chance of leaking nicotine.
and storing should they be a certain way,i tend to point tip down or flat.

Come across a few mixed feelings on this. IMHO I find it best to hold them pointing slightly down as I think it helps the atomiser to wick.

As for storing, when I was using a generic like the 901, I used to always unscrew the battery from the atomiser & stand the atomiser battery end up so it would drain. However, since getting a manual GG mod with a locking button, I've got lazy & just leave it intact & lock the button. Not seen any difference in attie performance, but I do still occasionally blow through the attie from the battery end just to make sure it hasn't got clogged with juice.

I definitely vape holding whatever model downwards, sometimes a little, sometimes quite a lot (I've noticed that since you asked the question Raggy).

As for storage - I daren't tell you. I am, as others here know, self-destructively honest and I don't want to lose your respect Suffice to say that e-cigs can take quite a lot of abuse and neglect, even though they're so temperamental when you're kind to them

I store mine in one piece in a spectacle case (tube style) and lay them flat. I vape with the unit pointing downwards slightly to help the juice to wick better although with my 901 this doesn't seem to make much difference. One tip is to place the cig on to a tissue to prevent leaking on to precious surfaces! This also guards against the unit rolling on to the floor.

Store umm when you first start out you take sooo much care of your new precious toy.

I used to dismantle them every night - blow out the atomiser - clean all the contacts etc.....

Now I have learnt not to bother, it makes not one jot of difference.
All you do with constant cleaning is waste liquid
