Hi guys
Hoping to quite smoking for the new year, probably gradually from now and was hoping to get some advice re starter packs I smoke about 5-8 roll ups per day on average, I tried a cheapo one from the market but it was crap, no throat hit at all I may as well puffed on one of those fake cigs you got as a kid Tried a vapestick dispo which was a fair bit better but still not ideal
so any good deals on good packs out there? budget is as little as I can spend for something worth while , say £20-40 ish
thanks

This is the one I got and it's perfect. The batteries are half the size of the ones most people use but for me, as a fairly light smoker (15 a day) they are perfect and last 2 days without a charge. Their size also means you can stick it in your pocket and take to the pub. Don't forget the discount code!

Just to add time that, these are a 510 thread and are the most versatile battery. I have just upgraded my clearo which is the tank part to a mini nova. If there were a kit available that came with this I would recommend that... but there's not. The CE4 is absolutely fine though and I still use mine for quick juice swaps.
This kit also comes with a pack of cartos, like the cigarette looking devices use, as well as a tank and 2 batteries so you get the best of both worlds and can keep a battery on charge at all times.

Hello & welcome Greeny I'm not too sure which kit Crin got from that link & it looks like several of them are out of stock at the moment. So maybe have a look at this one - use discount code AAEC for 12.5% off- www.exhalecigarette.co.uk/eXhale-CE5-Starter-Kit-p/ece5sk.htmYou would need to buy some more e-liquid as well, as the 10ml that comes with that kit wont last you long.

They both come in different sizes usually 650mah - 1100mah & obviously the larger the number the longer it will last you. The CE4 bit refers to the juice/liquid carrier & is pretty similar to the one in the kit Chrissie linked you to.

Greeny, I'd recommend a bigger battery too if you are happy using that. (you could fit about 10 cigarette-sized batteries into the thing I use).
But just for the lurkers: there are a lot of crap cigarette-sized things out there, but they are not all crap. If you think that you won't take to vaping unless it looks and feels like a cigarette we can suggest something that you can use.

If you smoked just a few roll-ups a day, welcome to Paradise. I am 100% confident you'll quit those few in no time at all... You could buy any number of kits to get started. If you are the sort of person who "gets into things" maybe buy a pair of good batteries, some cartos/clearos and e-liquid. If you get standardised fittings (510/eGo) you can move up or down the food chain to suit your needs. - - - One word of advice I would offer is don't get juice (e-liquid) under 18 or 20mg. I quit rollies on 12mg liquid and had to puff rather too often looking back. As soon as a accepted my fate and bought some 18mg liquid (and some 20mg from Grizwald) I entered instant "no-smokes-no craving" land where I have remained ever since. - - - To be honest, you could do if comfortably on an eGo mini, or screwdriver SD max with a selection of cartos. Personally, I'd do it again with a Riva kit. Dave.

Hi greeny that kit looks like a decent starter kit, but I'm not familiar with the vendor, they seem to be based in Greece! The kits Chrissie and Crin have linked to are from UK vendors, which can sometimes be handy if you happen to run into any problems! I used to smoke around 30 rollies a day and I now go through around 5ml of juice a day. I would have thought as a 10 a day smoker 20mls a week should do you. Always best to have a bit more though as if you run out you can't just pop round the corner to Spar!
