One of the things they are insinuating, is I haven't took care of the batter & that's why the paint is peeling off. Couldn't be far from the truth. I always look after my accessories as I can't afford to constantly replace them.
& they are still adament about sticking to their stupid DOA policy.
Totally ignoring the distance selling policy.

Hissie, the main thing that gets me with TW is there inconsisitant customer service  . Some people seem to be helped with the most pathetic problems - others are dismissed. I do think their CS is getting better though. At one time on ECF there where so many complaints but very few these days. |

They are very slow in replying Chrissie.
I certainly won't be buying from them in the future. If I buy TW products, it'll be from the classifieds.

Hissie glad they've agreed to replace the troubled battery  It's crazy isn't it. I had to phone them about my Screwdriver as no matter what I did it just wouldn't work. They were brilliant. I returned it and 2 days later got a replacement delivered! |

I've noticed the coating is coming off another platinum battery. However, I'm just going to put it down to a bad choice & stick with black batts in future.
