lost my spinner :(

I'm really annoyed with myself!

my chrome 1300mah spinner fell out of my coat pocket in a taxi on Friday. I noticed almost instantly but the taxi had already driven off. I phoned the taxi company who explained that as the taxi was from a rank I should phone our local police station lost property.

I finally got through to the lost property dept this morning and was told that taxi drivers hardly ever drop stuff in. I then went on to say it was an electronic cigarette and the officer said if an ecig was handed in they'd destroy it as it was a health and safety risk???

only had it a few weeks and I'm bloody kicking myself now

Not sure how it's a H&S risk though? Surely they could just seal it in an evidence bag?

(((( Shiny )))) I feel your pain . . . lost a relatively new Ego Twist myself a few weeks back, out walking with the dog and it must have fallen out of my pocket.

Retraced my steps, nothing . . . annoying isn't it.

When I am out and about, my ego's are on a lanyard around my neck. Pockets are just too dangerous for keeping e-cigs in.

I am, at the moment, making a lanyard pouch to keep my ProVari in. Until that is finished the ProVari remains under house arrest.

I feel for you shiney........ I lost a cute engraved battery at a wedding in September......... was hoping that it would turn up but no luck.............. it didnt cost that much........ but I did like it

I got my Ego Lanyard from Liberty Flights, but the only ProVari ones are over $40 in the US of A.

I'm making mine using plastic tapestry mesh and wool. About 40p's worth.
