I was worried about the charger supplied with the Vamo kit, on my one the indicator light was fast alternating red & green when the batterys got to 4.2V. so I googled the model number and found a thread on aussievapers forum: forums.aussievapers.com/vapour_tron/6807-warning-charger-model-kv-vv18350-overcharging.htmlThe OPs model number (kv-vv18350) is slightly different to mine (kk-vv18350) but the picture of it looks exactly the same. OP claims to be a vendor and has tested 12 chargers, 8 of which overcharged the batterys. There are some pictures of the charger and exploded battery but you have to join the forum to see them, so I have copied 3 and will try to attach them. Further down in the thread someone talks about 3 of the kk-vv18350 model number (my one), one of which overcharged and got hot.

I'll try to attach pic of kv-vv18350 charger
EDIT: Picture didn't work. I tried adding via the attachment box. Maybe someone better at this than me will have a look at the aussie thread pictures and add them. They are of the charger, batterys and the damage caused to the area where one of the batterys exploded in the charger.
The charger and batterys look like the ones supplied with the Vamo kit.

Skip, you need to have the pics saved on your own PC to upload them via attachment. I'm not a member of the Aussie forum, so I can't even view the pics.
I'd read a thread on UKV warning about the chargers that come with the Vamo in kit form & I linked to that thread on the Vamo thread on our shopping board.

I've got the pics on my PC, couldn't get it to work, I'll try again on this post. I joined the aussie forum just to get the pics.
Edit: I get this error message: error calling pre_post2 -- Can't call method "prepare" on an undefined value at /usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/index.cgi line 9616.

It hasn't got a makers name on it just a logo above the light, you can see it in the pic

With this and the report on UKV about the Vamo battery explosion, it's going in the bin. I'm looking for a decent charger now.

Something off Torchy the Battery Boy's webbie - reckons to be very wary of any double charger with a single LED. Or more accurately, don't use them. I have an old one for my big batteries - just always keep an eye on it and never leave it unattended, but bought an Xtar on for my 18350's, which has two LEDs and seems much better made. Must replace the 18650 one sometime - tht pic is nasty. Useful site - www.torchythebatteryboy.com/
