Just wanted to say thanks to all the peeps who have posted on this thread - a very interesting read indeed!

I quite want to get into mixing but have always been a bit standoffish.

I am just a bit torn about whether to buy one of the smaller kits available to 'have a go' or just bite the bullet and get 500ml from the US which would probably always be the end game.

The EU scares kinda lends me to the latter...

Hi Kirrielad, thanks for your order. There is a thread here on nicotine storage.

Basically in a cool dark place the nicotine has a nominal shelf life of about 2 years, however some advocate storing in a freezer, which should extend storage life. In the storage thread link (reply #5), there is a quote a chemist from ECF who explains.

Hi post modern, I received my order from you today, less than 36 hours after I submitted it. Awesome customer service... Very happy with my humongous bottle of nic and all my mixing tools... I managed to take myself away from GVC for a short while today to mix something else for me to vape on.

One question? I have some premixed juice i absolutely love the flavour of but there is absolutely no throat hit from. It's in a 10ml bottle - shall I just keep adding 54mg nic to it until I find that it gives me the TH or will it eventually diminish the flavour therefore leaving me with a strong tasteless vape?

Thanks for your order, glad that you are pleased with it . Great that you also managed to find time to get a bit of mixing in.

Re. your premixed juice, throat hit is due to both PG levels and the nic level. 
Adding (PG and/or nicbase) to it will reduce the flavour.  

If you want to 'play' with it, bear in mind what you're upping the nic level to, or make up some nic base and PG and use that to dilute..... but it will reduce the flavour.

[EDIT TO ADD] The e-juice me up calculator has a feature under 'Tools' for combining nicotine.
