<<< Heavy smokers transferring to e-cigarettes tend to use 20-25mg initially, and then reduce a little. >>> Actually "heavy smokers" transferring to e-cigs can use anything between 30mg and 45mg and some of them will choose not to reduce their mg level in the future. We should be very careful about what we say to MPs and MEPs lest we dig a grave for ourselves and have them lay down rules that while may suit some, would be next to useless for others. I doubt very much if I would still be 100% vaping if I had to limit my top nic strength to 25mg. +1 In actuality, most folks don't reduce nic strength over time, and many increase.

Sorry to be a little off topic but just to add a little to Lobey and Hifi's input. I have been on 24mg close to 6 months now and for the 1st month I had 14 rollups. Whenever I feel the need for tobacco I just hit some 36mg for 10 mins and all is fine again. The only time I have a puff on a ciggy is when out with friends, disgusting every time!

Yes, most of my e-juice is, at the moment, 24mg, but I do have several 30mg's and one hombrew of 36mg. Like ant, I sometimes feel the need for a toke or 10 of the strong stuff when I want it. And, like Hifistud says, I am leaning more towards upping my MGs to the 30mg mark.
30mg gives me a kick/boost, call it what you like. Having said that, I am toking on a very low free sample of Gingerbread at the moment and it is very nice indeed.

Signed petition and written to my MP, who fortunately is a front line contender for us to exit the EU pronto and is consistently up 'Daves' vest about it.
I will also correspond with the MEP - whoever that is, but only expect a 'Bumper Fun Book' answer, as I envisage they will all have a model reply ready as previous posts suggest. The Liberals would ban clothes pegs no doubt
