Any Ideas for a Birthday Present

I have a female relative who will be 40 in March and haven't got a clue what to get her.

Hmmm... might be alright for a norty forty. Sadly, i am 50 in March. If i went to that i'd be puzzled as to what i am there for....sad.... sigh

When I turned 40 last year my inlaws paid for me to go camping/fishing for a long weekend. Probably not to everyones tastes tho lol

I've just turned 50, my best friend bought me a helicopter piloting lesson, best present I could have wished for other than a month diving in the Galapogos!

There are lots of different experiences available, hot air balloon ride, driving a lamborghini, Aston Martin, etc., You could always get a few friends to club together if that's the sort of thing that may rock her boat

Some time ago i remember seeing reprinted newspapers of the day a person was born being sold as birthday presents. I reckon i would like that.

Ooo, now there's an idea. Actually, my brother got me one of those a couple of years ago. It was very interesting to say the least. I found out that the Bounty Bar is as old as me LOL

I went to Alton Towers with a group of friends for my 40th! Also had afternoon tea with the girls and a night out hitting the cocktail bars in Leeds, followed by a damn good dance.

get a shoe box, write a poem about being 40 and buy some little gifts to open as she reads that match the poem ( e.g. if the third verse is about needing to look her best at the end would be ( open present three) ) and present 3 would be a tube of polygonal, not all have to be . cheeky. I've done a few for people in past and all go down well

Get a big card and stick 40 one pound or two pound coins, depending on how much you want to spend, onto it in the shape of the figure 40.
