First few hours... Riva 1100

Ok so my kit arrived at 10AM Yesterday morning(Wednesday). I was up and running in no time firstly with the included cartos, then with the extra clearos i bought along with some juice samples. First thoughts were WOW!!!
Im quite a heavy roll up smoker and was advised not to deny myself a roll up if i got the urge. So seeing as i was due to start my four night shifts i brought my baccy to work as well as my kit.
I neednt have bothered. Work and especially night shifts are always when i smoke most. The first time i have thought about a roll up is when i typed it a few lines up.
I know its early days... well hours actually, but already im feeling "I can really do this."
Now all i need is a really good black cherry mix while im still at the sampling stage. (so any recommendations are gratefully recieved)

Glad you're liking your Riva Davey and congrats. on not wanting a rollie, it's a lot easier than we initially think it'll be.
Can't advise on black cherry flavour though as I've never tried it, only plain cherry.

Great news Davey. Most people take longer than that. As you say it is early days, but at least now you know it can work for you.

Congrats davey, just make sure you have a backup for everything, ie, battery cart's or carto's whatever it is you are using, juice as well, cos there's been a few times i've left the house and forgotten stuff and then you are on willpower if something breaks or battery runs out etc

Like Bluefish says, make sure you have the secondary kit available. Although, I have found recently on the pack up of a kit, that I chose to sit it out rather than taking the Tesco Ciggy Counter route for a full 12 hour shift. So will power is very much empowered after a short period of time.

It is amazing though how awesome vaping is, I had no intention of leaving rollups altogether, and here I am....

That's good to hear! I've been vaping for just over a week. Day 1, two fags. Day 2, three. Since then, none I was very skeptical at first, thought it *might* just be a workable alternative, but at the moment I'm enjoying it much more than I ever enjoyed cigs. I hope it stays that way for me and for you too

Thing you want is the right mind set and you wont even think of a "real" smoke. I can honestly say I have no interest in smoking again and this time unlike the other 3 ecig attempts I KNOW I will not smoke.

Once your comfortable with it all go for something like a VV device if you can get over the non ciggie look.
