I'm all for discounts Dee, but why the hecky peck don't TECC/TW just reduce their prices and keep them lower all year round . . . it must be hugely annoying to customers to buy something one day and find a further discount the day after.
That really pips me off in RL when it happens!

Agree totally Perps, what really pisses me of is that they could all have a fantastic 'slowly growing groupy business' instead it's all about quick profits and run at the first hurdle......................

I'd only buy from TW'TECC these days if I was desperate or their discount for something I really wanted was too good to resist. Though I'm not sure if I actually have a choice any more as I may be banned from buying from them as Jason wasn't too happy about the last time I posted on his forum

Can i ask you guys something and i dont mean to flame on anyone here but ive found their customer service terrible.I emaild them on the 10th and still got no answer.Bit peeved tbh and i was gonna order another kit from them but its kinda turned me off now.
I had trobule with oksmokey but they emaild me back within 12hours so was happy with them.

Roachie, it's not just you! I bought my very first e-cig from Pillbox when he first started selling on eBay, so in many ways I have so much to thank him for (& I have thanked & promoted him & TW so much in the past). However, I find it hard to do so these days. Yes, he has done a heck of a lot to promote & fight for the right to sell e-cigs in the UK & I do still thank him & take my hat off to him for that. However, Jason (Pillbox's) attitude towards customers can sometimes suck

No Lee, yours & everyone else's opinions are just as valued as mine TW & TECC are both owned by Pillbox (Jason). And they have thousands of satisfied customers. There products are top whack. However, with all things e-cig related, things can go wrong & TW do seem to have a reputation of selective/inconsistent good customer service.

My problem is i hate disturbing people tbh so id only email someone once then leave it as i dont wanna seem like a hound.i think their kits are great an all but its the customer service what kinda does it alot for me.Im a really polite and nice guy and have respect so tbh it kinda makes me feel awkward if i have to eamil people more than once.
But nevermind ive sorted out my prob myself just wish the customer service was better tbh but you live and learn.
And honestly im not trying to flame any company as i know they must get 100s of mails a day.

We know you're not flaming anyone Roachie, please don't think that . . . you're not the first person to be not completely happy with their service if there is a problem.
Really, no matter how large/small a company is they should care and value their customers.
But, if there's ever any advice the forum can offer to you, please don't hesistate to ask.
