What am I doing wrong?

I have been vaping for a week now. The first few days were great and I often found myself thinking 'OMG this is fantastic!'. However the last couple of days I've been struggling. I can't seem to get a decent vape, the vapour has started to feel very wet. The taste seems to have gone too. I've had to pop in some menthol to feel any effect.

My battery doesn't seem to stay charged for too long, maybe I'm over doing it. I'm also noticing a burnt taste every now and then, when I check I still have plenty of juice, it seems to be coming from inside the atomiser.

Is my super mini about to die? I have a week to go until I can afford to replace it so I hope not.

Any advice? ???

dont know what you are using but the burnt taste i had with my ego-t
i hadnt pushed cart fully down till it "clicked" as for throat hit maybe you need to up nicotene strength??

I have a super mini and once its assembled its hard to tell if the cart is touching the atty. I think the nicotine strength is ok it just seems my e cig is underperforming. I need a RIVA now!

Lee, as you only have one Super-mini battery & atomiser, it's sadly not going to be easy for us to work out what is failing. i.e. you have nothing to swap about with to test.

However, the burnt taste could be in your atomiser from some point when you have vaped a cartridge too dry. I'd normally say it could be worth the risk to boil your attie - but as you only have the one.....

I'll have to have a good look inside it and see if I can figure it out. This may be the end of the road for my little e cig. River I'm going to start doing some more looking for kit now, might have to buy sooner rather than later.

Blot the screw ends of both components, give them a really good wipe in the nooks and crannies with Andrexy stuff - might help

Hmmm....maybe atty a bit flooded ? Have you tried blowing it out a bit...threaded end into a tissue ?

The Super-mini xx I have about 8 of these on the go at one time!!! That ensures I will always find one working!! Every now & then, I have a good clean up and give them new atties or batteries.

I think you might have hit the point were your taste buds are starting to recover too.They play havoc with the way your vapour tastes and throat hit suffers to.Brush your teeth often,that seems to work.Swap flavours to something else when the taste goes,some go through several a day!

I've tried all sorts. Cleaned and blown out the atty, brushed teeth, swapped flavours. I think I've got to the point where I'm not getting the oomph from the supermini anymore. Roll on payday.

I've just pulled the whole thing apart and given it a really good clean, contacts, atty, new cart. There might be life in the little thing yet.
