A variety of stuff, mainly variable voltage (Lavatube, Twist and MVP)
All of them I can crank up the voltage if I need more of feeling with hotter vapour if I need it.
Also I use Dual Coil low resistance cartos and Clearos and they can really give me a beating if I need it.

I don't like 24mg nic though, too harsh for me so I use lower nic levels (16-18mg) and turn up the volume to get the effect I need.

It took me a couple of months and ummm... a few quid to find the balance of juice, nic level, voltage and resistance I like though.

Everyone is different though, what some people like as a daily vape would probably kill me lol

I left my work today and got to the Bus Stop - 2 Senior Ladies(OAP's) in bus stop watched me changing my Battery in my Vamo "18350" for another "18350" and I added more Juice to my Vivi Nova while I was @ it.....1 of them asked me if I wanted her to run over to the Co-Op to buy me a Mars Bar, as she thought I was Diabetic, & having a Hypo!! Bless Her Cotton Socks, because if I was taking a Hypo, i'd probably have been buried/cremated by the time it would have taken her to buy the Mars Bar & get back over the road to me!!!
I ended up explaning what it was I was puffing on to the 2 of them. They both agreed it looked mighty suspicious to start with, however I let 1 of them try it(She was a heavy smoker she said "About 50 a day") I said "You must have a Bloody good Pension"!!! Anyway, She absolutely LOVED it, and I gave her some Online Addresses to look into!! I spoke to her all the way into town and she uttered "Why don't you see this kind of stuff advertised???"
It was lovely to see her face as said she was going to have a Bash @ it!!

Bad days It's not just me then, I had about 6 Rollies up until mid day'ish been happily vaping since then though !

I don't know why I'm not going to beat myself up though it's still better than the 30/35 I use to have.

You have a rollie when you want because you are on the ECIG stuff it will get you off the rollies when your ready its not about beating yourself up if you have a rollie it's about how many you was on to how many now mate, got to learn to walk before you can run........

I'm glad I'm not alone I wanted a cig tonight felt stressed but carried on vaping and got through it now seem to be ok. At the beginning when I stopped smoking for days and just vaping felt miserable and wasn't myself at all even work noticed so limit myself for the moment because I felt it was too much pressure and threw myself in the deep end. Every day is different I guess we just have to be proud of ourselves on how well we are doing and compare it to what we was like

The best way for me seems to be to do exactly the same physical things I did when I was smoking, after a meal, after a pint, with a coffee etc. I still go out to the back door in all weathers, it has made it all relatively painless for me.

Seven days without a single puff was struggling at the beginning sneaking the odd Rollie but now it doesn't not even cross my mind I hope it continues
