If you're using v3 rebuildable clearo's always unscrew them with the drip tip pointing to the floor. A couple of times whilst unscrewing them I've accidentally left the base of the clearo on the battery and instead unscrewed the tube covering my battery and myself in e liquid not to mention wasting a clearo full of juice!!! Excellent tip! I've managed to do this twice already in my 4 days of vaping!

Thanks so much to the OP and all that have contributed to this thread I have two daughters who don't use forums much so have copied and pasted all tips into a word document to print off and give them. If anyone else wants a copy, please pm me and I'll send you one (don't know how or if you can add attachments to these boards yet)....
Thanks again... J

Yes, thanks a lot for bringing it to my attention again! Both of my daughters have ADHD and dyslexia, which can mean it takes them quite a while to get their head around written material, which is why I do the research and then give them something to read once I have got my head around it and start to feel my way forward.... Just in process of sussing what I will want to move on to from my Kanger E Smart starter kit (the girls can then 'inherit' that) Sort of leaning towards a spinner and a mini pro tank at present, with a back up plan of maybe getting an iTaste MVP2 when money gets a little easier as a backup.... and can't wait to start blending my own recipes

MVP2 is simply a step up again, battery life is amazing which sold it for me. Make sure you shop around as prices vary a bit and check out venders list for discounts, myepack is my favourite as good prices and if you buy approx £45 plus in one transaction free postage but bought mvp2 from vapercaper as cheaper at time with discount found on here.

When buying your first lot of juice buy a high mg and dilute it down to a strength that suits you... then buy more at that strength once you found out what you like.. i wasted a load of money buying this mg and that mg before i found the correct strength...... Oh and learn about coupon codes ... haha

I was actually thinking about trying a little bit of this and a little bit of that and that could make my money vaporize easily. And here you go with such an excellent solution. Fantastic tip - THANK YOU! And so simple...buy a heavy stuff and make it lighter. Perfect!

grunt - just be aware that by diluting with VG (vegetable Glycerin - can be bought as Glycerine from most pharmacies), you will be lowering the amount of flavour too. Another idea is to buy a strong - 24mg - and a weak - 12mg - of the same flavour and mixing the two together. That way you get more options in terms of the strength, and no matter what proportion of one to the other you will always maintain the original strength of the flavour.

From still a newbie who started vaping only 2 weeks ago but has spent a small fortune on gear I can advise this;
Try to go straight to an ileaf istick for your main device and a protank (mini or full) if you can afford, great in your hand, long battery, nice display, nice vape.
Tried most kango tanks and own;
VTR MVP 2 Cool fire Vamo Spinner 2 Ego I taste v3
All IMHO but think iv tried most of the starter gear and mostly recommend stuff now...!

Hello newbz no disrespect, but i'd avoid the istick as it's junk. Get a dna30 mod or a good clone and a rebuildable RTA. You will save money on consumables in the long run and have a quality reliable mod. If you add up the cost of buying bad mods like the istick, mvp, vamo, vtr etc etc you could buy a nice vaporshark or even a provari and be a mackdaddy like me. plus one for the spinner though as its decent for a work/out and about device

I have since owned two dna vaporsharks, both been sent back. The first was the most dangerous device I have owned. 9 isticks have passed my hands onto friends, every single one of them is still working without fault. Go figure hey......

With mech mods please do your research and more research This is my opinon anyway

Nearly 3 months on some days I simply don't have the time for more than an areotank on the istick. The 3 friends that come to mine wanting to start vaping all went for the istick, even though I have ego batteries as well. One had already tried ego batteries and wanted more "throat hit", the other two both wanted the adjustment as soon as showed them. One friend did start to picking up my mechs but I soon as I mentined building your own coils and ohms law he put them back down...! The MVP, dna 30 box mod, VTR etc didn't get a look in, whatever device gets them of the fags I say, they are all much the same, a battery heating a coil. I don't think I even had a burnt tastes or dry hit for the first month, prob because I had been sucking on burnt taste for 25years....! Anyway, have another friend over the weekend to try and look at my gear, think it's turned in to a case of if letsavit can do it I can do so can I........ the choice is there's but I wouldn't bet against the istick....!
